"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. "The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out."

"The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."

"Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. There is a combination of half ramp half stairs that requires carrying your luggage. This is an easy thing to resolve and is honestly the only thing to find at fault with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area."
