“酒店有花园露台和游泳池，房间设施完备，早餐很丰盛，服务热情。不足是酒店房间的wifi无法使用，去问前台居然说“所有的apple设备都不能使用，因为你的手机太新了，网是好的这不是我们的问题”。让人非常难以接受。”

“I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.”
