Small family holiday complex with pool and sun terrace in a fantastic location, just 550 metres from Lake Garda and in the immediate vicinity of the historic town centre of Malcesine and the Monte Baldo panoramic cable car. In addition to a living room/bedroom and a bathroom, all studios also have a balcony or terrace.

In the neighbouring Hotel Alpi you can have lunch or dinner, opening hours: 12:30-13:30 and 19:00-20:00 (entrance times)

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
