Dark Experience

Unfortunately we were held up along the way and arrived in the dark. And by dark, I really mean dárk, as it was loadshedding on top of it. We just went straight to bed. The next morning we could really see our accommodation and appreciate the room. The only negative comment that I do have is that the lady that was on duty in the morning was not very professional and could not communicate properly. We are not novice travellers and understand the concept of 'breakfast available' means that you have to pay for it over and above your accommodation. We told her that, but she ignored us and spoke on the phone. By then we realised that breakfast will not be provided by the lady as it looked like too much of an effort and we decided to leave.

Almost there, to pick up to top level.

The Guesthouse does not have a reception in times of inquiries and no Potters house for bags in terms of those who arrive earlier than the check-in time due to transport used by quest, checkout time it's earlier than 11hoo am unlike others. The first day there was no hot water for batting and the shower tap was not working and the was no free WIFI as promised and no one to complain to.
