With a collated and collected vibe, if you see beauty in simplicity, this Villa has your name all written on it. This villa is the perfect base in Pantanassa for whatever adventure you crave in Crete Island. Our homeowner has re-imagined their adored home, embracing natural concepts and taking a modern approach on summer living. A Bar lounge and an alfresco dining table, for summer's eves will mostly be spent with over flame creations accompanying sunset vistas. Ensconced within 100m2 outdoor living, this house complete with 20m2 outdoor pool (with a roof top), BBQ facilities and cosy grounds has been designed with small gatherings in mind. Ideal for a couple ( can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some wonderful surroundings. Kindly note that the home is part of a villa complex when five more villas are located, each with their own pool & facilities, and some area are overlooked.
*Kindly note that the villa is not recommended for children of all ages as there are hazardous areas and the area is not fully fenced. Kindly note that if you choose to stay at the villa, supervision of children must always be by you at this self catering stay.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 65 €/day (VAT included)
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
*Kindly note that this Villa does not provide early check-in or late check-out due to Health & Safety reasons, as sufficient time is required, to conduct a thorough cleaning and disinfection at the Villa between stays.
