Nestled on the north coast of the enchanting island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Palaiokastro, the Rocca al Mare Seaside Villas offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each boasting its own private swimming pool. The hillside location of the complex allows guests to indulge in breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the nearby city of Heraklion, situated just 15 km away. Just beneath your feet, a charming cove awaits, inviting you for a refreshing swim, accessible via an exterior staircase. Moreover, there are several other nearby beaches, with the closest one just a brief 2-minute drive (1.7 km) away. Alegria Villa covers 140 m2 and comfortably accommodates 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.


Indoors
The living room welcomes you with a stylish seating area adorned with a plush corner sofa and a 55 smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings, while the adjacent dining table for 6 invites you to enjoy a homemade meal with your loved ones. The living room and dining area are thoughtfully designed with large glass sliding doors that gracefully lead to the pool terrace, granting you breathtaking vistas of the sparkling sea beyond. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an island counter, offers both functionality and style.
As for restful nights, 3 exquisite bedrooms await, each adorned with a generous 1.60 X 2.00 bed and a modern en-suite bathroom, boasting a shower cabin, 40 TV, vanity, A/C, and a wardrobe. All rooms offer direct access to the pool terrace, ensuring you can wake up to the captivating views every morning and experience the villas enchanting setting throughout your stay. Additionally, the villa features a convenient WC for your comfort and ease.


Outdoors
The exterior of Alegria Villa spans an expansive 300m2 and boasts a plethora of exceptional facilities, including:
- A private, 60 sq.m. swimming pool, with a depth of 1.70 m and convenient step access. The pool area is well-appointed with 4 sun beds, a gazebo and a poolside shower for your comfort.
- For delightful culinary experiences, there are BBQ facilities featuring a charcoal grill, mini fridge, and an outdoor sink. Enjoy dining al fresco with a lovely outdoor table for 4, set under a shaded pergola.
- Relax in the outdoor hydromassage tub and enjoy the stunning sea views from the built in lounging area next to it.
- Kick back at the outdoor sitting area, which includes a coffee table, 2 armchairs and a cozy sofa, perfect for unwinding amidst the beautiful surroundings.
- A shared driveway provides parking space available for guests use.
- The entrance to the complex is thoughtfully enclosed with a gate, ensuring the safety and peace of mind for all our guests.Rocca al Mare Villas are located in Palaiokastro area, on the north coast of the island of Crete, close to Heraklion town (which is only 16 km away) and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 2 minutes drive (1,7 km). Due to the location, having a car is essential to reach the nearby beaches, villages and shops. Please see below where the closest amenities can be found:

Breathtaking view!

Great for a family getaway! Amazing view of the sea and city of Heraklion. 15 minute drive to city Centre. Quiet and clean location with all the necessary house amenities. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.
