“We were given a tiny room at the top of the hotel which we weren’t happy with but after asking if we could move we were shown two other rooms by Maggie who was very helpful. Our new room was much bigger and brighter although quite old fashioned it was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The location was great, very close to the centre.
