Our only problem was with the extremely unhelpful staff member who couldn’t even tell us if our room came with a refrigerator or not. We had called ahead of time to find out this information and she simply said that she was new and it would stay on our reservation. 「It was wonderful. We stayed in the Casa Blanca, Bogie and Bacall room. We practically had the upstairs to ourselves which was very nice. I loved the architecture, mission antique furniture, paintings and views. It felt like heaven to be there. Casa Blanca is very spacious and cozy. 「The suite was extremely comfortable and perfect for a big family, the beds in the rooms and sofa beds were comfortable and all rooms had their own ac to have preferences for each area. The showers were nice and clean. The only downside was the parking is not free, room service is by request only and the breakfast is not included. But overall we would stay here again the stay was very comfortable and we were able to sign into Netflix streaming.」
