"Clean room, extremely kind and courteous staff but check-in went a little awry. The valet had our luggage sitting for over an hour before delivering to our room, so we missed planned beach relaxation time before rushing to our dinner reservation at Geoffrey’s. It was as though the guests who checked-in after us were attended to and accommodated before we were as the lobby / check-in area were clear as we waited. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. We would just appreciate a bit more attention to detail in guest prioritization practices. Wishing you all continued success!"

"I want to start this review by saying thank you to Ivan and his family for opening up their 2 million dollar condo with an HOA fee of 2160 per month to us at very reasonable rate. The location is excellent with Santa Monica a short drive south and Malibu village a quick drive north. The pool, beach chairs, and beach access felt very private and the views from the condo were incredible. The condo has been renovated and stalked with everything you would need for a short stay. For the rate and location this condo is a 10/10 and would definitely look at staying here again if available. The only recommendation would be to put at least a queen size bed versus the full bed in the second bedroom area to accommodate four people comfortably. Other than that this is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks again Ivan and family! "

"Although the room served its purpose, it was clean, I would not recommend it for longer than the one day we stayed. It showed one room left as price jumped and I didn’t see any other guests other than me. "

"We loved our stay at this property to celebrate a birthday on the water. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a beautiful view over the ocean. We brought our own food and the kitchen was fully equipped. The managers were welcoming and responsive though we had no issues while there. The end of the pier was still closed during this visit but otherwise we had a great stay, including visiting the grounds of nearby Adamson House nearby. We will definitely hope to stay here again in the future."
