"Clean condo with most of what you could ask for in the kitchen. It was great having beach gear and the bedding felt very luxe. There is a little bit of road noise but is quiet at night and the pool/ hot tub were great! We loved the location to beaches and shopping/ restaurants. Communication with the owner was good but not all issues were resolved during our stay. Overall, we would stay in this place again and had a great time!"

"We loved our stay at this property to celebrate a birthday on the water. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a beautiful view over the ocean. We brought our own food and the kitchen was fully equipped. The managers were welcoming and responsive though we had no issues while there. The end of the pier was still closed during this visit but otherwise we had a great stay, including visiting the grounds of nearby Adamson House nearby. We will definitely hope to stay here again in the future."

"The Sea Lion unit features an impressive deck overlooking the beach, offering a picturesque view and a relaxing environment. The sound of waves crashing beneath the unit at night contributes to a tranquil atmosphere, which we found soothing and conducive to restful sleep. Daily sightings of dolphins, pelicans, and a sea lion engaging in playful activities or basking on rocks add a unique and memorable element to the stay. The unit is extremely clean and well-stocked with nearly everything you might need. However, the property requires substantial updates to justify the current nightly rate. The unit is functional and comfortable, and modernization could enhance its appeal and value. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants as well as The Malibu Pier. It is approximately a mile walk to the Malibu Country Mart, a popular destination featuring upscale shops and a variety of restaurants. We would recommend this unit and would stay again knowing it’s an older “beach cottage” with charming, rustic appeal despite the need for updates"
