Cala Deia. Best location ever

This is one of the very few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path.
Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !!
The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater.
You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours.
It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted.

My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!!

I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area.

We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Amazing location

Important to note that Cala Deià does have a winding, narrow road that is difficult to navigate. If you can’t drive narrow roads, maybe consider only taxiing or leaving when it’s not busy. However the house and location are a 10/10 making it well worth it. Stunning views of the cove. The property is separated into an upper and lower building (each has 2 bedrooms) which was great, as we stayed with another couple. The path in the back of the house takes you down the cliff through the famous restaurant and to the cove directly. Jordi was very responsive when we had questions. He sends you a document with a lot of info and recommendations for restaurants, hikes, locations, etcWould 100% stay again.

The view of a lifetime

Despite having some difficulty locating the home due to lack of internet connection, it was WELL worth the trek. The home itself is beautifully appointed and spacious but the views were out of this world. We enjoyed spending time on the enormous deck and in the hot tub overlooking the Balearic Sea. A car is a definite must- it’s a windy 2 miles or so into town- lots of great restaurants there.. we sadly didn’t get to eat at the restaurant a short hike down the hill bc it was not yet open due to it being low season. Make sure you download the pdf prior to going so you can have all of the directions at your fingertips! We wished we could have stayed longer and thoroughly enjoyed Deia.
