Wer kurze Wege zum Bierkönig, Megapark und Strand haben möchte, ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben! Das Hotel ist super, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut!

Het hotel en personeelsleden verdienen niet de omgeving waarin ze zitten. Het hotel had heerlijk eten, de personeelsleden waren super lief en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. Elke dag had je weer nieuwe gerechten. Vlakbij het vliegveld. Echt een top hotel! Wat een enorme nadeel is, zijn de cafe’s en Duitse uitgaansplekken naast het hotel. Enorm veel lawaai buiten, wij werden in de nacht een paar keer wakker door Duitsers die in hun kamer en buiten zaten te schreeuwen. Niet een ideale plek om te verblijven als je kinderen hebt al waren de personeelsleden super lief tegen ons kind.

Ansich war das Hotel okay. Allerdings fiel am 2. Abend das Wasser inkl. Klospülung im Badezimmer für 12 Stunden aus. Es gab keinerlei Information vom Hotel.. man wartete bis man endlich eine Information bekommen hat. Als Entschädigung gab es freies Dinner für den restlichen Aufenthalt, was ein Entgegenkommen war. Das Hotel ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Man wartet lange auf den Aufzug. Frühstück war gut und die Lage ist für Menschen die viel Party haben möchten, super. Nachts hört man die Musik des Bierkönigs und der Bars/Besoffenen.

Overall the hotel was nice. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with some attention. We had a broken floor tile, the bathroom had a constant bad odour from the shower area. We had a family room which was very spacious however, considering the size of room it had 1 available plug socket. For a family this was disappointing as there were 3 of us fighting over 1 socket!! The variety of buffet was good. Bit disappointing that half board didnt include soft drinks for the evening meal, prices were shocking and over inflated...who charges over 5 euros for orange juice?! I didnt find the reception staff very friendly, not sure if it was a language barrier issue but most of them were not welcoming apart from Cristina, she was lovely. Location is great, but getting the number 25 bus into Palma centre was a nightmare. Crammed and overloaded with passengers any time we tried to get in and out. Great to have a spa available to use, steam room and sauna was a bonus. Price wise we got what we paid for, its an adequate 4 star hotel.

Location is unique- really lovely if you reserve a sea view room. Our view was incredible. However, being first line to the seafront, it was rather busy all night long. No problem with closed balcony doors at night, but the AC season starts only in two weeks, so the room was a bit warm for our likening, but the superb view during the day compensated for it.

Es war sehr sauber und sehr zentral. Bei der Umgebung ist es natürlich nicht ruhig ist aber zu erwarten da man sich ja bewusst dafür entscheidet mitten drin zu sein.

durchgehend schlechtes WLAN im Hotel / Pool / Zimmer, im eigenen Zimmer nur an der Eingangstür. Fernsehprogramm überwiegend nur gestörter Empfang Bei Ankunft Klimaanlage auf Tiefsttemperatur, Temperatur war auch nur bedingt wieder auf angenehmere Temperatur zu bekommen, da heizen nicht möglich. Die schon in die Jahre gekommenen Balkon-Schiebetüren halten den Lärm nur mäßig ab, den man natürlich zwangsweise an der Stelle von der Straße her hat. Im Restaurant immer wieder motzendes Personal (teils wird auf spanisch mit Kolleginnen üder Gäste gelästert und geschimpft), weil man alleine an Tische sitzt, die für 3 oder 4 gedeckt war oder zu 3. oder 4. an Tische, die für 2 gedeckt waren. Aber manchmal sitzt man einfach gern da, wo man hinsitzen will und nicht im hintersten Eck, nur weil es da von der Gedeckanzahl passt. Ansonsten kein schlechtes Hotel, es gibt aber deutlich Bessere.

Nice hotel. Initially, we were given a room were it flowed from ceiling. After a few calls the room was changed but the sediment remained. Outside is noisy. If you get a room with a city view, most probably you will hear everything. The breakfast is perfect and the staff is very friendly everywhere. Overall it was a perfect stay.

Dommage que des groupes de jeunes allemands s'ennivrent et rient vraiment trop fort autour de la piscine... Idem pour le restaurant de l'hôtel...un soir, le vigile a dû évacuer l'un d'un... ils manquent de respect aux autres personnes qui se reposent...
