It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This!
Es Llimoner des Molinar completely charmed us. From the moment we stepped into the courtyard with its lemon tree, to the well-equipped interior and cozy bedrooms, everything felt perfect. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by Andres' attentive communication. He was always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips via text message.

Great location and management
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home near the sea. The property was exactly as advertised and the owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Parking was pretty difficult, even in the low season, and we did have to change the propane for water heating while there, which was a little inconvenient. It was great being close to a nice bakery, supermarket and fruit and veg stand, we ate at home every night. Overall a good experience.

We are glad you liked our house. Just comment that, regarding parking, it is free and free, and in our area it is easier than in other places in the city, because it has a low population density because it is a neighborhood that does not have tall buildings. In the morning, you can park on the same street, although it is true that at night, when the neighbors have returned from work, it is more complicated. Although we do not have low season and high season, it is not a tourist area. Regarding propane gas, they should have notified us if they did not know how to do it, and in 10 minutes we would have gone to change it. You changed it without warning, and you did it wrong. Although when they called us later, we solved it in 10 minutes. We are here to help you, if you need it. In any case, we are glad for your stay.

Winter stay
Lovely home in a lovely location - this was our first visit to Mallorca and I'm sure we will return. Parking was a little more difficult than we expected - but usually managed to find a spot within 50 meters, but we had a very small car which helped. The two bikes provided were in great condition and we enjoyed the easy cycling along the sea front in both directions. Even though the weather was a little cool we were able to keep warm with the heaters provided. We had a problem with locking one of the doors one evening and the owners had someone round to fix it within an hour.

Great holiday
Had a marvellous holiday in this very un typical property. The sandy beach was a three minute walk away and the property has an amazing garden with a large lemon tree, eating out area, flowers, BBQ and lovely outdoor shower for coming off the beach. There is a well stocked very clean kitchen with good air conditioning throughout. Quiet area but good pizza and pasta restaurants and local bars close by, as well as grocery shops. A little gem
This is a stunning little property so well located - a few minutes walk to the beach, with a bakery and a fruit and veg shop in the opposite direction. There is a very large supermarket (Eroski) only 7 or 8 minutes walk away. It is not a touristy area, which was good for us but plenty of bars and restuarants in easy walking distance. There is a walkway (and cycleway) along the coast all the into Palma, which only took about 45 minutes to walk (the cathedral can be seen from the closest beach to the property). The property description and photos are very accurate, but it was still prettier than we were expecting and there is plenty of space in the communal areas and the outside area (with a barbecue) was fantastic.

Beautiful House Close To The Beach
The patio is exactly like the pictures. We spent a lot of time there. Ana Maria met us with bottles of wine, olive oil & water. We used all of it. The only drawback was the garbage & recyclable collectors coming at 4am. Bring earplugs and/or a noise machine. We loved being able to walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. We walked on the shore front every evening, watching the sunset and all of the people there. We will definitely come back again.

Charming house at a good location with nice outdoor space.
We are 2 married couples from Oslo Norway at the age of approx. 60 that visited Andres’ home the week before Easter 2018. The house were perfect for us in all aspects equipped with everything you need. Everything was working well, including the fire place. The bathroom is actually better than seen on the pictures. In this house you feel like a native among the old style furniture and the general layout of the house. The atmosphere in the house makes you feel the urge to start speaking Spanish, even if you don’t master the language. The outside garden is perfect for having breakfast, other meals or just a drink, in total privacy with no insight from other neighbours. The ladies were quick to put on a bikini and enjoying the sun in the garden when the weather was warm enough. Andre and his team provides an excellent and speedy service, even booking a taxi for our return. We recommend this place to everyone who appreciate a real Spanish house, free form modern style fanciness. Best regards Kirsten, Eli-Beate, Helge and Jan

This is a great house, in a great location
The house has everything one needs for a great holiday. The lemon tree is a great asset. The nearby beach is very good. It is possible to walk to and from Palma, but also the bus service is very good. The nearby supermarket seems to be always open. There is a good range of restaurants and bars very near too. The area is quiet. It is easy to feel like a local. Andres and his team take great care to ensure everything is perfect on arrival and if not, it is sorted out straight away.

Great house in great location with owners who care and do everything to make stay enjoyable
The house is ideally located close to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shops/supermarkets. It has been sensitively refurbished and is very well equipped. The courtyard space is fantastic and gets the sun most of the day and early evening. The owner, Andres, did everything to make the stay enjoyable and sorted out any problems or concerns. A great base for exploring the island, and within easy walking distance of Palma. Highly recommended. Anthony

Schönes Häuschen in Meernähe
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in dem Häuschen von Andres. Alles war wie abgebildet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war immer schnell hergestellt. Die Küchenausstattung war gut und sehr reichlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine Garten mit dem Zitronenbaum. Ein wenig gestört haben die nächtliche Müllabfuhr und Renovierungsarbeiten in umliegenden Häusern. Wer eine Unterkunft in El Molinar sucht, dem ist diese zu empfehlen.

Super maison très bien placée
Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes dont 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans). Emplacement idéal à 50 m de la mer, au calme, proche des commerces. Maison spacieuse, agréable avec cour privative au soleil pour déjeuner. Propriétaire avenant, prévenant et à l’écoute. Rien à redire.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très, très agréable. Très grande, très propre et un patio magnifique. Nous y avons déjeuné tous les midis. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et avec lequel nous avons eu d'excellents rapports. Nous le remercions également pour les petits cadeaux d'arrivée. Les paiements se sont également bien passés et le propriétaire nous a avertis dès que les paiements étaient effectués. Quartier très agréable et calme. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons.

Lovely authentic house with a beautiful patio and a very friendly host.
We had a very pleasant stay in this house, situated in a quiet neighborhood, only one street away from the sea and the boulevard. The house was furnished in an authentic way, with comfort everywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we could prepare a our own dinner and have a lovely evening on the patio, under the lemontree. There were plenty of towels and a very good shower in the bathroom. We could also check in early and use the bicycles that came with the house. We will certainly return to this place again!

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön, gut gepflegt und sauber. Garten besonders zu genießen. See ist 200 m entfernt, nächstes Strand etwa 800m. Mit dem Auto Zentrum Palmas 10min. Eigentümer hilfsbereit und höflich. Sehr zu empfehlen

Underbart litet hus 152 steg från stranden
Fint typiskt mallorquinskt litet hus i det numer exklusiva portixol/Molinar ett stenkast från strandpromenaden, med en halvtimmes promenad till Katedralen. En charmig liten patio att inta frukosten i under ett blommade citronträd. Rent och snyggt. Mycket trevlig och förekommande värd. Rekommenderar varmt.

Perfektes Haus mit einer tollen Lage
Wir ( ein Ehepaar ) waren im März / April 2019 für 10 Tage Gäste von Andrés. Das Haus ist perfekt ( Einrichtung / komplette Küche / sehr sauber / es fehlt an nichts / sehr schöner Innenhof - Patio ), um dort mit einem Paar / Familie tollen Urlaub zu erleben. Das Meer / Fahrradweg ist nur ca. 100 m weit entfernt. Die Innenstadt von Palma ( Kathedrale ) kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen ( ca. 30 min. ) oder per Bus / Fahrrad. Einen Supermarkt ( Eroski ) und einige Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Andrés ( ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber ) nochmal Danke für eine sehr schöne Zeit und wenn wir wieder nach El Molinar kommen, werden wir Dein Haus wieder buchen. Liebe Grüße Andrea & Ralf

Gefiel uns sehr gut!
Wir haben gerade zu Dritt 10 Tage in Es Molinar in dem gemütlichen Haus von Andres verbracht und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Vor allem die tolle Lage, nur Schritte von der wunderschönen Promenade am Meer entfernt, hat uns super gefallen. Wir sind oft zu Fuss nach Palma zu Fuss gegangen. Auch der Bus, der Supermarkt und viele kleinen Restaurants waren in ein Paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Superbe maison de pêcheur mallorquine
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial dans la maison de Andres. Spacieuse, propre et confortable, cette maison a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances d été ,notamment aussi avec sa belle terrasse. La proximité de la plage, de petits commerce, d excellents restaurants de Portixol, de la ville de Palma et surtout le calme absolu du quartier font que la maison est très bien située . Wunderful area in a nice house
We had a very nice time in Andr’es nice house that is very close to the beach. The area is wonderful with a lot of restaurants nearby. We even took a walk to Palma that is within 30 minutes walk. Freundlich eingerichtetes mallorquinisches Häuschen
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Trotz der Strandnähe haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch ein Spielplatz ist fußläufig erreichbar! Der Hofgarten hat einen sehr charmanten Flair, nicht nur wegen des alten Zitronenbaums, dessen Früchte uns das eine oder andere Getränk geschmückt haben. Wir sind auch mit der Betreuung durch den Gastgeber (vor der Anreise, vor Ort und auch im Nachgang) sehr zufrieden - er hat stets zügig und hilfreich reagiert und war sogar mit unserer späten Abreise einverstanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison qui est idéalement placée ! à la fois proche du centre de Palma, à 50 mètres de la plage, dans un quartier très calme et à proximité de tous commerces et bons restaurants... La maison est charmante, facile à vivre, très bien équipée et idéale pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants... le propriétaire a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille et nous l'en remercions. nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine...

Gemütliches kleines Fischerhaus in perfekter Lage
Das im typisch spanischem Stil gehaltene Fischerhaus ist top gepflegt und liegt nur 100m von der Promenade entfernt. Im luftigen Innenhof wächst ein wunderbarer, reich bestückter Zitronenbaum. Zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. An- und Abreisezeiten waren sehr flexibel und der Hausmeister stets zur Stelle.

Beautiful house in a calm and charming area. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
We are a big family with six children and it's not very easy to find a place suitable for us, we didn't want a really big house as we are used to live in hotel rooms when we are traveling. Therefor it is quite hard to be accepted, owners might be worried that we are to many, that we might make to much noise etc. The owner Andres didn't see a problem with this, he welcomed us and fixed a couple of extra beds to make room for us. Andres was also helping us during our visit with answering questions and giving us tips about restaurants and other things to do. And if we needed anything, Andres cousin with family who lives next door, helped us. They are also very kind and helpful without being pushy. The area around Portixol and Molinar is very nice, calm and quiet but with a lot of nice restaurants. We had our favorite beach just a block from the house, not crowded at all and perfect for our small children. And if we wanted to go to the bigger more crowded "playas" they are just a short walk away. Somedays we also took longer walks to Palma city. It was ok even for our children. The buses to Palma (and the other direction) stops just a block away and comes every ten minutes or so, we used them all the time. And finally the house is great, an old traditional Mallorcan street-house, but equipped with everything you need, dishwasher and washing machine for example. Also the house was spacier than we thought so it was no problem fitting the eight of us. We spend a lot of time in the garden, playing games, just hanging out, and every now and then picking up another lemon when we heard the "bump" as they fell down from the big lemon tree! Beautiful house in great location !
The interior is just like on the photos- very beautiful ! The owner and his cousine are very nice and helpful ! The cousine lives just next door- when we had some problems with the boiler they fixed it within a few hours. The house is fully equipped, everything that was in the descrition -and more- was there and worked well. The loction was just perfect for us ! This is not a typical touristic place, there are no hotels, and the nice bars and restaurants seem to be visited mainly by locals. The house is 30 Meter from the seafront, you can walk for kilometers on the boardwalk next to the sea. You can also swim there, but the next little beach where we liked to go was about 5 minutes walking distance in the direction of the Portixol harbour. By car you need about 5 min to Palma. There are also busses that leave 3 min from the house and go to Palma every 10 minutes. For us it was the perfect house and location :-) Thank you !!
