Son Perot offers accommodation for up to 8 people in its 4 double rooms, all with air conditioning, heating and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, it has an additional bedroom with two single beds.

Inside, the villa features a modern design living room with comfortable sofas and an elegant dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped so that nothing is missing when preparing your best recipes.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of €0.41/kWh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid in cash to the owner at the end of the stay.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Heating (optional) for an extra of 10€/day, which will be paid in cash to the owner on the day of arrival.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Heated pool (optional) at an additional cost of 1500€/week.
