Great hotel for a "couple weekend"

The hotel was very nice and super conveniantly located. The staff was friendly, the room spotless and the shower great. Breakfast was amazing. Absolutely a wonderful stay, will come back.

The location is the best feature of the hotel. The stuff will get five stars from me, they were all polite, professional and friendly. The breakfast was alright nothing extraordinary. The roof garden was cosy and one could be there in peace and alone. All and all I'd recommend it.

This hotel is way much nicer than its looks in the pictures you see at Hotels.com or on the Google Map. I was gladly surprised. The location is great, close to everything. The room was clean. It was very quiet and peaceful throughout the night despite the hotel was fully booked. A portable fan in the room and the garden outside the window were appreciated because it was a very warm day for September. Didn’t have time to eat breakfast (or to pick up a lighter breakfast to go, offered by the hotel) but the restaurant looked nice. I’d love to come back and stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk staff and the restaurant servers during dinner were friendly. The breakfast was great, the cleanliness in the lobby and restaurant was good however, the rooms, and hallways cleanliness and tidiness were not good at all. We stayed at the hotel for four days our sheets were not changed at all. On the first day we accidentally spilled some snacks/potato chips on the floor that could not be picked up by hands needed vacuum. The spilled snacks were never cleaned up by cleaning crew until the last day. The garbage bins in our room were not emptied everyday only the one in bathroom was emptied. The hotel seems to be in a desperate need of upgrades for air circulation in the hallways and rooms. The hallways were smelly and you could smell every single room smell through the hallways, and also the carpet smells were bad. If we took showers there was no fan or vent to exchange the air we had to deal with steam and the condensation for hours. We had the room window open almost at all time to help with air circulation which was cold sometimes in October. The mattress was like a soft mattress topper instead of an actual mattress and we were sinking in and had to deal with back pains. The electric kettle lid in our room could not shut close while boiling water which could be unsafe if unattended. The teas in the room were not refilled at all.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti La camera era pulitissima e grande, in bagno erano presenti asciugamani puliti, set di saponi e in doccia shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Inoltre era preente il bollitore con tè e caffè disponibili e anche bottigliette d'acqua. Piccolo angolo soggiorno e tv La colazione era STUPENDA con tantissima scelta sia salato che dolce (uova, pancetta, salsicce, salumi e formaggi, crepes, marmellate, yogurt, biscottini e tanto altro. Unica grande critica il letto era scomodissimo
