I like the location and food at the restaurant. Staff are helpful
Nice working elevator, artworks here and there, modern industrial furnished rooms with ref, clean and comfy beddings, aircon is cold too. In room wifi, and a balcony.
Can still improve with sound proofing. Thanks tho! Its a good hotel. ☺️
Great staff. Leaky bidet resulted in changing our room - why? New room also leaked all over bathroom floor but lived with it. Staff was great, restaurant was good

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
The room itself was nice, with few exceptions of a couple rusty pipes and water damaged ceiling in the bathroom, but overall pretty comfortable.
The main issue I had was the staff service. When requesting room service, I was faced with rolling eyes and annoyed faces the first time, and in the second the service was not done at all.
It's a shame since the place is good, but the staff was quite disappointing (except for the door man, he was great)

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Good hotel, but room for improvement
Good value for money, clean hotel
Good point:
Staff are generally good
Facility is kept clean
Good design of furniture and furnishings
The price is well thought out
Bad points:
partly under construction
Smell of chemicals everywhere
large number of ants
Hot water did not come out of the shower (I asked for repair, but there was no response)
Poor sound insulation (corridor noise)
Keys are pre-modern (not electronic keys)
not auto lock
No plan with breakfast
Upon arrival (Feb 8) we were given a room with one bed. I told them I requested two beds and was told I could not change to a two bed room. Upon entering the one bed room, the bathroom smelled horridly!. We had to keep the door shut. I then looked up my reservation and lo and behold I did request two beds. (We were tired upon arrival and I assumed I made a mistake). I went back down to the front desk and showed her my reservation. We then switched rooms. We spent one night in that room. It was one the back side of the hotel. The roosters start very very early in the morning! And our shower had no hot water. So we requested another room on the front side of the hotel. Our stay was for 19 nights. From then on everything was great. We just had a rough start. The staff is friendly and the restaurant was lovely. When visiting our family in Malolos, we will be staying at the Acro again. They are building a casino close by!
Beware fellow travelers. We booked two rooms for our party of five. We expected a quad (4 twin beds) for three of us and then a double with two twins. Upon arrival, I learned that I had been charged the price of two rooms but only provided the keys to one. I had to pay for a third room in order to have a second room. (Local cost was cheaper than this app, btw). I await resolution from Hotels.com. Acro blamed the app for misclassification of rooms. Hotels.com help chat implied that Acro is at fault. Meanwhile, I await a refund from one of them! Otherwise, the stay was fine especially in a pinch.
I liked the place..It was brand new. I mean, I was the first person to sit at the bar for a cocktail...THAT NEW...Bed was comfortable. The room was nice. Clean..The personnel were SO very nice. I mean like in-laws that like you...How rare is that!! ))..They did not have a "do not disturb sign' so they made one for me.. The Room had a great a/c..Brand new..I had hot water in the sink as well as the shower...Rare in the Philippines.
But..as new goes, so do the hurdles. The owner(s) of this place finished one side of the entire structure..Then opened it.. WHILE construction goes on, right across the hall...I mean the other half of the entire poured concrete structure...is under construction..so open to the elements..These were old rice patty fields, filled in to develop. There is a new International Airport going in nearby. A smart move by the owner/developer..but that's his deal..I am a paying customer..the open side of the hotel let the mosquitos come on in..flies too..open your door into th hallway and the little blood suckers come on in..they find you..at the desk, in the bathroom or at nite..The fly's had a bit more discretion and made their way to the restaurant..The food there was great..Unreal 3 mushroom soup..great chef..Good service. This is a really good place to eat..unless you have a car to wander, you have to eat here. There are no taxis in this town. Lots of tricycle type tuk tuks as the Thai call them..DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL WITHOUT WHEELS..You will regret it
