「The property was a great stay for us. We travelled with a 6 month old baby and I informed them in advance about this. They made sure that the stay was comfortable for us and our baby as well. They also didn't use any chemicals for cleaning the room so that baby doesn't feel discomfort. Very thoughtful managers. Loved the stay!」

「We had booked 2 rooms for 5days and paid the entire amount during check in. During night one, my dad acquired severe dust allergy and ended up coughing and lung congestion. We informed the owner that we will be checking out on emergency basis as my father is sick. Since we had booked through hotels.com the owner promised to connect with them and provide us with our refund since it is an emergency. We had paid 26460, they withheld 10000 as commision to hotels.com and charged 2 days room rent and...

「My expectation was it was supposed to be a high end star hotel.. but rooms are outdated, some mold smell. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience by changing our room three times. The property and rooms needs many upgrades. Staff, restaurant , food everything else is awesome.」
