“The coastal Palace is a family run hotel newly built spotless A.C rooms two on site restaurant’s non veg and pure veg the vegetarian food is excellent and well priced all the staff are friendly and helpful good value ”

“The room was perfect except for the fact that the shower was tiny and the entire floor gets wet including the toilet while showering. The bill for one lunch with drinks at the restaurant costed me about as much as a night’s stay. Very expensive!. There should be a smoking room on each floor and the worst part was that the pool closes at 7 pm. That’s extremely inconvenient. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping etc I wanted to go to the pool and relax, have some drinks and a swim but I……

“They refused my prepaid reservation because my India drivers license was expired and I do not have an Aadhaar card. They did not accept my Canadian passport. There was no mention on the webpage that only Indian nationals are allowed to stay. The lobby and reception looked very nice and I was looking forward to my stay.”

“Had a lovely stay at Illa by the Sea. Everything was great, from the wonderfully helpful staff and really comfortable rooms to the yummy breakfasts. Having the beach practically to yourself is another huge plus, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. It’s also just a 20–30 minute autorickshaw ride from Udupi, making it easy enough to head into town and explore the area. If you’re visiting, the Delta Point, Shri Krishna Temple and the Hanging Bridge backwaters are all……

“Location was excellent, and staff were all very friendly in all positions. They helped us arrange trips and gave us local recommendations. The food was excellent, and breakfast great. Staff, food and vibes at Freddy’s bar ( in the hotel) was excellent especially.”

“Very comfortable ”

“Amazing staff, Pooja and Sachin were really helpful throughout our stay. Good proximity to the temple as well.”
