「The staff was super friendly. Also our room was spacious, clean and good equipped. I loved the interior of the hotel. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the food had good quality. Only the streets around the hotel are rather dirty. 」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Poolside and reception staff are superb especially the staff at the slides who were brilliant and encouraging with children. Exterior and public areas are immaculate. Room floors less so. Had a few odd exchanges with catering staff and one at Luzzo restaurant was pretty offhand. 」

「Indoor pool is very cute, outdoor pool is small but beach is very close and reception is helpful. Cleaners do a great job! Stayed in a deluxe king room and the bed was super comfy with a pretty balcony. Marketed as a 4 star hotel and I most commonly stay at 5 star but this was on par with them. 」
