「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. 「Check-in and Check-out was extremely simple. The hotel team contacted me on the morning of my booking to provide me with the cabin number and code for key safe which was a nice touch. Room was very clean, had all required amenities. I would stay again☺️.」
