“I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests. A hotel that calls itself a “5-star hotel” should understand the meaning of hospitality and……

“* the room is big but it was smelly when I first entered the room. Luckily there is a balcony so I keep it opened to improve the air circulation, and then it’s better!! The location is good, close to Kolej subway station and also close many stores and restaurants. It’s a good economic choice!”

“Clean room, super comfortable bed, big room, nice breakfast, but inefficient WiFi connection and no room service in the night. The room was spatious and my favorite thing was the bed. It was really comfortable and loved I had 4 pillows for myself. Also, the room and bathroom were really clean and I liked the breakfast options. Another thing I liked was the location, very close to train station. Just have two remarks: the WiFi wasn’t good, my computer got disconnected a couple of times and lots……
