— Living Room: Huge sectional to accommodate even large families MASSIVE 75" 4K TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, cable TV, beautiful decor, patio with beautiful view, electric fireplace and Sonos music system
— ROOM 1: Downstairs Master Bedroom has a amazing king bed, 55" 4K TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, large closet, it’s own bathroom, and Sonos music system
— ROOM 2: Upstairs Master Bedroom has amazing King bed, it’s own bathroom, and 65" TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon.
— ROOM 3: Downstairs with two twin bunkbeds that sleep 4. Has it's own Patio that open out to a beautiful spa view.
— ROOM 4: Upstairs loft with foosball table, futon the turns into full bed. Has a 40" TV with a Super Nintendo with over 20 games also Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Shared restroom.
Please note: Condos in Mammoth do not have air-conditioning so it can tend to get warm a few weeks in the summer. We supply fans for each bedroom but you are welcome to bring additional fans if you would like.

@MyMammothCondo is a great place to host a group of family or friends! Stocked full of board games, fully stocked kitchen with dual oven, spices and all the utensils you could need!
— Quick 5 minute walk to the village so you can take the gondola to Canyon Lodge or take a few short steps outside and take the shuttle right to the front doos of Canyon Lodge. Park once and leave your car!
THE KITCHEN:
All you need to bring is your food!
— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.
— 2 regular ovens.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and more!
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 10 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Keurig coffee pot, including coffee pods. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony and a great view.
— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.
THE GAME ROOM:

LOCATION:
One of the best spots around! Less than a 5 minute walk to the Village with tons of restaurants, shopping and a gondola straight to Canyon Lodge. If your not in the mood to walk you have a shuttle stop right out the front door that will take you directly to Canyon Lodge or throughout town.
PARKING:
COVERED PARKING SPOT! Nothing worse than getting dumped on and having to dig you car out to get to the mountain or when heading home. Our unit comes with a dedicated covered parking spot and numerous open spots for second vehicles.
