The Good: The unit was comfortable. Everyone loved the bidets in the bathrooms. Kitchen was appointed well...utensils, seasonings, oil, pots, pans, etc. Fireplace was solid, heating was easy. Location is great, at the bottom of the Canyon Lodge parking lot. However, it's a a hike if you're doing it with littles or people in ski boots.
The Bad:
We had to unload the dishwasher when we arrived. It's not that big of a deal, but with a very high cleaning fee (which is ridiculous btw) the unit should be ready to go. Washing machine didn't work. We didn't overload it per the instructions, but it was lame. Hot tub was hot, but jet controls were broken. Communication with the management company was terrible. They didn't respond for 72 hours. Wasn't really a big issue, but they were slow to respond throughout the booking process and while we stayed. We value and appreciate good communication. Apparently they don't.
Beyond their Control:
Parking was a total mess due to the snow. There just wasn't enough space. Also, each morning any open spots are snatched up by people going to ski/snowboard, so if you give up your spot in the morning, you won't get another spot until later in the day. The trash bins were completely buried. We sat on our trash until someone finally dug out the bins. We visited at the end of March. Be warned, the unit is completely buried by snow and it's like a tomb. There is zero natural light right now.
