    This Mammoth Pines townhome is centrally located on both the ski and town bus routes for your convenience.

    Being only one mile away from Eagle Lodge, winter travelers will have ready access to the powdery slopes of Mammoth Mountain for plenty of snow play activities. Summer guests will get to enjoy the spacious grounds, local bike paths, and close proximity to the town (half a mile to Vons, coffee shops, restaurants, and more).

    The property's interior has been updated with fresh paint and brand new flooring and furniture, and exudes a clean modern mountain feel. Totaling 1,850 square feet, this home encompasses two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a lovely sunlit loft for your family to enjoy some R&R. The galley-style kitchen is fully furnished with everything a modern cook would need to sizzle up some hearty meals. Why not do some grilling on the patio while enjoying the outdoor landscape or cozy up on the large sofa by the pellet stove in the colder months?

    For the outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for an ideal play office to work remote, the house offers high-speed WiFi and a home office in the loft complete with laptop docking and a 32-inch monitor. There is also a desk in the guest bedroom for a second work space. Flatscreen TVs are available in the living room and bedrooms, offering Amazon on-demand TV and films.

    We absolutely love this mountain home and have made it a happy space to visit with friends and family. Therefore, it is our absolute pleasure to be your host. We really hope you have a most enjoyable stay during your visit to the Mammoth area.

Great all around!

Great location (less than half a mile to the Vons shopping center). Also right next to Eagle lift which is also super convenient for our stay. Condo itself is super cozy, cute and clean. Rustic yet modern. They also have toys for our kids to play with which was a surprise bonus. Would definitely recommend this place. We would likely stay here again over the summer for biking and hiking as well since it’s so perfectly centrally located.

Lovely Home!

This condo is nicely decorated, spacious and very homey. It has all the amentities we need. It is also centrally located with cafes, restaurants and markets near by. We also love the short drive to biking and hiking trails. Highly recommended!

Great location and space

This condo was spacious and enough for a 4-day ski trip. It is very conveniently located right by the ski resort as well as the market/plaza, and there was enough hot water for 8 people to shower in 1 night. The amenities, as another reviewer mentioned, are on the older side, but they work well. The kitchen is a great size, and there were more than enough pots and pans for us to use. Some of the knives are a bit dull, but still usable. (we were still able to cut steak and chop veggies though!). There are some board games in the cabinets and there were more than enough blankets for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome stay

Super homey and cozy stay! We enjoyed the stay a lot and were so happy to be warm and snuggly after being out in the cold all day. The shuttles were super conveniently located and easy to for the slopes. We also loved the fireplace.

great lodge in older condition

had a lot of room here for my friends and i this weekend. shower water was hot, heater worked well and got almost too hot. wifi was very very slow and not usable at times. dishwasher didn't work well either if you're needing to clean dishes. overall, good stay but some older equipment.
