Cozy cabin close distance to the slopes with full amenity complex!

  • Welcome to your ultimate mountain getaway! This fab, updated condo in the A building at Chamonix is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience—only a hop, skip, and a jump from Canyon Lodge! Whether you're hitting the slopes or biking the mountain trails, this spot is a year-round dream come true for any outdoor enthusiast.

Roll up, park right in front, and step into your cozy new digs. Inside, the magic happens—think remodeled bathroom, built-in bunk beds for the kiddos, and that oh-so-charming cabin vibe with a wood-burning fireplace to snuggle up by after a day of adventuring. The master bedroom is your personal sanctuary with a king-sized bed, perfect for a luxurious snooze after a day of fun.

A little heads-up: Mammoth condos don’t do A/C—because, spoiler alert, it doesn’t get that hot! Just crack those windows, and the cool mountain air will take care of the rest. Oh, and BBQs? They’re a summer-only affair.

Step into the kitchen, and you’ll feel like a culinary rockstar! With granite countertops, sleek new cabinets, and everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, it’s all set for your inner chef to shine. Oh, and did we mention the Keurig duo? Choose your coffee adventure with pods or good ol' ground beans—your mornings are sorted.

The living room? A total vibe! Curl up in front of the giant flat-screen TV, or just bask in the fresh, new furnishings that make this condo as stylish as it is comfy, complete with queen pull out couch and twin bunk beds.

And let’s talk Chamonix amenities! Whether you’re soaking up the sun at the pool, unwinding in the hot tubs, or gathering ‘round the fire pit for a cozy night, there’s no shortage of ways to kick back and relax. For some playful fun, head to the game room, and if you absolutely have to work, the business center’s got you covered. Plus, coin-operated laundry makes fresh clothes a breeze.

With all this, plus the prime condo location, your stay is guaranteed to be an absolute blast. Whether you're craving winter adventures or summer escapades, this mountain retreat is the place to be. Pack your bags, grab your gear, and get ready to make some unforgettable memories in this alpine paradise!

Parking? No problem—up to two cars can park right outside on a first-come, first-served basis. Let the fun begin!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this condo again. The convenience of the location is great and the kids liked the built in bunk beds. We appreciated the new appliances and fully stocked kitchen.

Great location and perfect for a family get away. For this condo in general, you have to enter the code twice in order for the door to unlock. We had issues getting in at first due to the lock being jammed, but someone arrived within 30 minutes to help get us into the condo. We will definitely rent this one again.

Mammoth First Timer’s, Definitely Not Last Timers!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our time staying at Chadmonix Condos in Mammoth Lakes. The location was great! Close to the stores and trails! We loved how close our condo was to the amenities. The pictures were accurate to what we experienced. It was our first time in Mammoth and we’re already planning a trip to see Mammoth in the winter! The only criticism we might offer is the counters and dining table were not wiped down when we arrived and an upgrade in linen and pillows would be nice. Other than those minor things we really loved everything about Chadmonix. Sarah was great and answered our questions and responded very quickly! We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Nice place to stay at Canyon

A very nice place, which we have stayed many times over the years. When there is just two of us, the one bedroom works great. We love to walk across to Austria Hof for dinner and drinks without the driving and parking hassles at the village.

July 4 trip

The condo was just as described. It is in a great location, even though Canyon Lodge was closed for the season. There were only the two of us but it could have easily accomodated 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Accurate & Accommodating

The place was comfortable and clean with great access to Canyon Lodge. Inclement weather caused a delay in our arrival and the host was considerate and flexible. We really appreciated their kindness

Amazing location, great complex with lots of amenities. Beds, kitchen, bathrooms clean and well stocked. Condo overall was just OK, small beds were both uncomfortable, most of the dishes in the kitchen were chipped and/or mismatched, much like the utensils and there was only one small spoon (odd). A couple easy improvements and the rental could be much better. Close to the mountain and the village and plenty to do in Mammoth.

Awesome cozy cabin right next to skiing

Loved the stay in everyway. Host was very kind and responsive. Location of the cabin is two blocks walk to Canyon Lodge which is super awesome. You can start skiing day from Canyon express and many other chairs to different sides of the mountain. It is centrally located on the trail map..cabin was equipped with everything we needed.. to sometimes cook a breakfast etc. and eat home.

Sweet and efficient condo couldn't be in a better location! Did not make time to check out the building amenities (hot tub, etc.) but we sure had a good time.

Excellent condo, Great Location, Perfect Accommodations, Definitely Recommend

Place was great and had just about everything we needed. Super nice to be able to walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. Being on the first floor made it more convenient to get to. Had Keurig Machine which was nice. Would have been nice to have underground parking so that I wouldn't have had to dig out my car from the snow. And an indoor pool/spa would also be nice. Of course these are both hard to find in rental units.

Nice property with bad management

They failed to clean the property. When we told them, they rushed somebody over to pretend to clean. They didn’t even change the sheets. Emails to the property management went unanswered. Not okay and completely unacceptable during a pandemic.

Overall the unit was clean and comfortable but there were a few things of note that would have made our stay better. The advertisement needs to be updated to include the fact that the laundry room is located in the building near the pool/hot tubs, and requires download of an app and loading of money into the account to wash/dry laundry (it is no longer coin operated and costs 5 to wash/dry 1 load). I asked about the cost of washing a load prior to our arrival and there was no response from management. The roku in the bedroom was not working, we had to purchase our own and hook it up. There were no washcloths, only bath and hand towels, and only 2 allotted rolls of toilet paper for the entire week (you have to buy your own after that). The pullout couch bed is incredibly uncomfortable (you can feel the bars through the thin mattress) and doesn't lay flat (the end of the bed where your feet go were elevated above the top part of the bed where your head goes). Despite these things, we would still stay here again, but would come prepared knowing these things ahead of time.

Spring Break 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo unit #17 because it is clean, well kept, and organized with every amenity needed. Also, the Chamonix condo complex is in close proximately (walking distance) to the Mammoth's Canyon Lodge base area. A family could have lunch in this unit due to the short walking distance. We have stayed here with other family members in past years, and it was just as delightful as our latest stay.

Great Location, but needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented over a holiday weekend. The unit was a great layout for a small family with the bunks for kids and separate BR for adults. The kitchen was well stocked and nice to have. The location is great - close to Canyon Lodge and the Village. However, the unit wasn't very clean when we arrived. Cobwebs in corners, bedding didn't smell fresh. The facility has washer/dryer units that you can pay for so I was able to wash the blankets/bedding for a small fee. This unit was more upgraded than others in the building, but I would still give it 3.5.
