Come stay in our cozy, peaceful studio condo and experience the great outdoors of Mammoth Lakes! Our downstairs unit has comfy seating, and sleeps up to 4 with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. With a fully remodeled kitchen, bathroom and living area, it has all the comforts of home. Two parking spots are available. We offer multi-day deals during the off-season. This is a non-smoking, non-pet unit. Free WIFI available. No cable. We offer an Amazon Firestick for internet TV. Mountain Shadows is well maintained and quiet. It has three (3) spas, a swimming pool, and two(2) laundry rooms. BBQ pits are available during the summer. The Green-line shuttle stops in front of the complex at stop #43. The Green-line drops off at the Eagle Lodge, the least busiest of all the lodges. Area shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, Miniature Golf, and Vons are just a short walk away. Note: During Winter months the exterior of the condo will be blocked with plywood panels to keep the deck and wood pile snow free and to protect the windows. This will limit the amount of natural light.

- Take the trash out to the dumpster on your way out. Don't forget the bathroom trash. There is a place for recyclables. Please wash your dishes well and leave in the rack to dry.

Great cozy studio

Came up for a few days snowboarding. Property is very clean. Bed is comfortable. Lots of wood for the fireplace in addition to a wall heater with a digital thermostat. Would stay again.

Very Cozy / Great Location

My sister and I really enjoyed this trip. We have both lived in Mammoth in the past and this location was perfect and the studio itself was very nice! I would definitely stay there again. This also would be a perfect place to stay in the winter. Thanks again ⛰️🤙

Cozy and cute place

We spent 3 comfortable nights in this studio. After hiking, we enjoyed using the sauna and jacuzzi. It was easy check in and check out. The location was great for walking to various restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

Cozy condo near the slopes

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this cozy condo that is ideally located near restaurants and slopes. Had great communication with the owner who was very responsive. Easy to check in and out. Place was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a short ski trip to Mammoth. Will definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying at this property. Its location is perfect. Walking distance to the stove and breakfast club. The place was fully equipped kitchen, bathroom etc. We will definitely stay again!

Great weekend spot

Overall great place. Good location. We walked to the bus to get to main lodge. Walked to dinner. Perfect for 2 adults. Might be a tight squeeze for more adults? Only cons were walls were very thin (can hear everything), and bathtub drained very slowly after one shower but we contacted manager right away and got a quick response.

Well located for the ski

The unit is well decorated and very confortable. The access to the city shuttle is very Easy and you get to Eagle lodge in a few minutes. the only weak point is the wall of snow which completely blocks the natural light. After a few days it is possible to see a small beam of light

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was close to shuttles , stores & restaurants. We loved the partition that splits bedroom & living room so when one of us gets up early it doesn’t bother the other. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location for us - quiet

We enjoyed our stay and did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The condo was dark and the balcony was not usable because it was full of stuff. The condo was clean, but not sure about the bed/bedding. It was good for our purposes and the price is reasonable for the area.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient

The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for two people. A few minutes walk from restaurants and Vons and a five minute drive to Eagle Lodge. Very comfortable bed, good hot shower, nice wood burning stove and a kitchen with full stove, microwave, Keurig, etc. Property manager extremely responsive and helpful.

Property was exactly at listed with some thoughtful touches like a folding chair we were able to take to the beach and a privacy screen between the bedroom and living areas. My teen enjoyed chill in the studio while we checked out yummy local restaurant. Thanks for everything.

Comfortable for a long weekend

This little condo was just perfect for our family Wedding/adventure stay in Mammoth Lakes. It was cozy for 2, reasonably stocked and the bed was comfortable. We never did figure out how to use the fire stick to access our Prime Account (written instructions would be helpful), but we really didn’t have much time to watch TV. Thanks for hosting us!

Mammoth Lake studio

Very good price. Comfortable. The area is crowded but that should be expected for the price. Could have more in the kitchen. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Ideal central location to everything. Stayed 10 days and travelled to different activities each day, both north and south. Never bored. Studio is clean and comfortable. Only wish the deck could be used. Filled with fire wood. Would definitely recommend.

A Great Studio

We loved Cozy Studio. A great use of space and owners care about the rental and the guests who stay. All the little supplies we needed were there. We used the fireplace on the snowy afternoon and the firewood provided is nice!. We were glad we brought our own matches as the lighter didn't work. There’s a Vons very close where we picked up things we needed, like coffee pods for the Keurig machine. But we did find a pour over coffee pot we could have used for the ground coffee we brought. It’s a freshly remodeled place with everything done well. There were just 2 of us but it would work fine for four if you don’t mind sleeping on the sofa bed. There’s a nice divider that opens and closes to give privacy to those sleeping in the living room and 2 ways to get to get into the bathroom. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. We loved this cozy place and will def stay here again.
