The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, tennis court and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. This unit is on the third floor, and there is no elevator access, stair access only. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
