LARGE UPGRADED TOWNHOME WITH AMAZING VIEWS - GREAT FOR TWO FAMILIES AND STEPS TO THE SLOPES!!!

Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms make this spacious Bridges Townhouse a prime rental in Mammoth Lakes, California with 3 bedrooms plus loft and 4 bathrooms and a stones throw to the slopes! Enjoy beautiful mountain views from decks located off two bedrooms as well as from the picture windows in the contemporary living room/dining area with slate floors. Entertainment center features a 46-inch HDTV with TiVo with access to Netflix accounts and extra premium channels including HBO, Cinemax, STARZ and Showtime/The Movie Channel plus a Blu-Ray DVD player.

A fully-equipped kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, all of the amenities necessary to prepare a gourmet home cooked meal for 10!

Each bedroom of this 4-level townhome has a king bed and en-suite full bath with tub. The large lower bedroom also offers a daybed with trundle (2 twins) and the loft has two extra-long twin beds with access to a bathroom with shower.

Amenities include: 5 TVs, Wireless Internet, washer/dryer, hair dryers, phone with free long distance calls within the US, game cabinet and poker table. Please note the fireplace as photographed in the living room is not operational or available for use. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Private parking in the 1-car garage and 2 driveway spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. An enclosed Jacuzzi is available in the condominium building adjacent to the townhouses. This condo is large. We easily slept 10 people and had plenty of room in the common area to hang out and eat together. A few things that should be addressed are the internet / WiFi, cleaning supplies, amenities, and the fire place The WiFi did not work during our stay, and the cable didn’t work, so there was no TV streaming unless one of our hotspots worked. There were very few cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy during our stay. The kitchen was reasonably stocked, but it seemed like a collection of a lot of stuff guests had left over the years. And the fireplace doesn’t work. The property manager said that it was clearly mentioned in the listing, but I could not find it in the property description. Judging by a review from 2023 the fireplace has been out of order for at least a year. Having a fireplace in mammoth over the winter is kind of important during the winter. Those things were minor compared to the access we had to the slopes. Walk 100 years away and strap in to board down to Eagle. As close to a ski-in ski-out as you can get without being on the actual ski run. We will definitely be back. The price was reasonable for what we got.

Great location and beautiful views at the condo. The internet was too slow to use, we were unable to watch any shows on streaming services. The fireplace also did not work. There was not any dish detergent and had to drive down to the rental office to get more (they did not offer to drop any off).

This COULD be an amazing place to stay, thanks to the amazing view and overall great bones. However, the decor is disgraceful. Torn and dirty furniture. Kitchen stools I wouldn't sit on. I slept with only the clean sheet over me, because the blanket was very old and very worn. Unattractive comforter in burgundy over the blanket - couldn't tell if it was clean, felt dirty. Same with our son's bed. Price was outrageous relative to the quality with additional service fees etc. Mammoth Reservations - what are you doing??? I won't rent through you again. There was no evidence of 'care' for the guest. Easy small things that typically are expected in a weekend rental were missing. Freezer with no ice tray. Large poker table with no playing cards. Of the 4 or 5 places we have rented in Mammoth this was by far the worst. Not a stones throw to the slopes.

Overall a good layout and well equipped unit. The internet was up and down the whole time. No one was streaming movies or playing games that can use some improvement. The furniture is kind of old and shows its age. I would recomend it

For the price, the place does need some updating. The fireplace is still out of order. 3.5 level home so if your party is good with stairs it gives everyone enough room and privacy.

Good layout providing privacy and each room had it’s own bathroom. Difficult ski in/ski out. Fireplace was “out of order”, disappointing for kids for Christmas. Lowest level bathroom has a leak coming from the exhaust fan resulting in a wet rug. Ceiling drywall around leak is water saturated. Needs to be fixed. TV’s/TiVo are old technology, couldn’t use our streaming accounts. Other units have outdoor hot tubs which would have been nice. We had a major snowstorm and only one shovel in the garage. Consider filling liquid soap dispensers for hand washing. They were there but empty. No dishrag and only 2 dish towels, had to do a laundry load to keep clean dry dish towels. Oven hot pads were finally found in laundry closet. Power went out and were able to find candles and one flashlight that worked. Overall, for the price, disappointing.

This is a perfect place to stay in Mammoth. It's clean and quiet. Since the rooms are separated from each other on different levels, you can enjoy your privacy. 10 people can easily sleep and stay. The location is great and close to shops and restaurants. It is such a beautiful property. I wish I could upload some photos of it here. I highly recommend this unit.

This was one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. Our trip included 6 adults, and the 4 bedrooms gave everyone a ton of space, and the rooms were divided perfectly. The place was clean, spacious, had a killer view, and the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. The fact that each sleeping space had its own bathrooms was a huge plus as well. Each bathroom also had individual heaters which made for a very cozy shower experience. If I ever need to stay in Mammoth with a large enough group, this will be where I’d stay.

Everyone enjoyed the property. Few set backs. No water from from refrigerator door. Ice ok just no water. WiFi signal not strong. 8 people all with phones and iPads. WiFi couldn’t keep up.

We had to cancel our tent camping trip while we were in Mammoth due to a snow/wind storm that decided to show up and ended up glamping at this condo for the weekend. Very nice property for a large group (we had 8). Kitchen has everything you will need! Very nice entertainment center on the main floor (although the TV could be upgraded). City Slickers be warned! It has 4 levels and you may get winded walking up and down the stairs. Lol. We would definitely stay there again.

There is plenty of space for a large party of people. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat. Each bathroom has its own shower. The location was close to downtown making it easy to go shopping and sightseeing. I highly recommend this property for large groups who want easy access to the Mammoth Lakes area. I would definitely come back.

This property was amazing!!! Plenty of space for our family totaling 8 to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the views from the living room and bedroom balcony were beyond beautiful! We drank coffee every morning and ate every breakfast and dinner on the balcony and it never got old. The property is located in a beautiful and clean neighborhood and is located within minutes from several gorgeous lakes. We’re already planning our next stay!

This 4-level was perfect for our group of 7. Each of the 4 bedrooms allowed each couple their own bathroom. Lots of stairs but we loved that the different levels allowed for more privacy. The only thing weird was that the big deck was off one of the bedrooms rather than the living room, but still it was great.
