Excellent location for skiing

This is an excellent location if you are interested in skiing, it is like 1min walk from the lodge. The heater took a while to work though, and we had to use the fireplace multiple times. Upstair neighbors are noisy.

Family Fun in Mammoth. A tradition since I was very young

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A fantastic location with a wood fire place with so much wood supply made our stay feel very cozy for the week. It is a dog friendly lodge and the kitchen had everything we needed. The mattress is a little hard and take note this is on the bottom floor and the family upstairs was super loud during the evening but this is still a great place to stay!

Great location

Great location especially if you’re skiing. Close to Eagle Lodge. Basic condo on 1st floor facing courtyard. We attended Blues festival and location was across from shuttle stop. Managed through Mammoth Properties and key had to be picked up & dropped off at their office along Meridian. Would recommend for couples or family with small children. Dog friendly.

If you like the firmest mattress you've ever slept on, similar to sleeping directly on the ground, then this is the place for you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great. Great Location. The building however is dated and looking a bit run down. Also a neighbor was doing construction and his workers left quite a bit of mess. Glass was broke on the ground. I cleaning it to the side, to protect my dogs paws and other visitors. They also left a mattress right outside. So it kinda ruined the view. The neighbor was very nice, I just didn’t love being in the middle is a messy job site while on vacation. However I’m sure when construction is done it will be great!

The kitchen is old, with scarce tableware. There were food remains in the garbage disposal. The bedroom has no heating other than a portable electric space heater, and the wall heater in the living room is very noisy. The door lock worked only partially, by turning the bolt on the inside before leaving. Lighting is insufficient. The TV was good, as was the bathroom.

The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. The furniture was modern, and it was nice that all guests could sit on the couch. The pullout couch mattress was pretty thin and uncomfortable. Our guests opted to sleep on top of the couch instead.The unit was a bit dirty for the cleaning fee paid. There was visible dust and hair on the floor, and the faux fur comforter appeared dirty. The pull-out mattress had visible food crumbs and dirt from falling under the couch.It would have been nice to have a broom to be able to sweep the firewood debris. The dining room light switch and kitchen sink were both faulty.

The interior of the condo entrance door was a wreck with a big patch of wood over something. The dining room table had a white stain on it. The bedroom window was missing the screen so when we opened it bugs flew in. The condo was a very disappointing pointing experience. The pool was also closed and was not informed anywhere about the pools lack of maintenance.

This condo needs major updating. Kitchen, beds, bed covers, dining area, carpets, living room are all old and dated. It doesn’t have central heating. Living room has an old wall mounted heater, there’s a wood burning fire place but all the logs were outside on the porch which were buried under a ton of snow. No one cared to place a few logs inside either. Bedroom only has a portable electric heater which is a joke and as a result the bedroom was freezing. The bathroom has a ceiling mounted electric heater which is pathetically inadequate and noisy. None of the light fixtures have a lamp shade and blind you when they are on.
