Just 300 yards to Eagle Lodge and the lifts to enjoy Mammoth Mountain, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 -bath condo is perfectly located for year-round adventures. Nestled along the scenic Sierra Star Golf Course, you'll enjoy a peaceful forest setting with all the comforts of home and resort-style amenities. Inside, you'll find a spacious, upgraded and nicely furnished retreat that sleeps up to six guests. The living area features a cozy gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, WIFI, creating a warm and inviting place to unwind after a day of adventuring. The full kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with stone counters, and a private gas BBQ is ready for grilling on the patio. The primary bedroom features a king bed and TV with private en-suite with beautifully tiles walk-in shower and double vanity. While the second bedroom has bunk beds with a Full over Queen, perfect for kids or friends, with adjacent full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. The living room sofa sleeper provides extra space for more alternative sleeping arrangements. You'll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer / dryer. The complex offers great amenities including a year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor pool (seasonal) and underground heated garage parking (garage clearance 7' 6") - no snow shoveling required! The green and yellow shuttle lines are nearby for easy access to town, or walk to Eagle Lodge via the nearby footpath. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. This unit is ground level access, there is elevator access from the underground garage parking, and ramps providing accessible entry. There are no steps to enter, and the unit is all on one level inside. This home does not allow pets, is non-smoking. Great Location

The cabin was everything we could ask for. Great location where we could walk back to have a quick lunch. The cabin was super clean. 4 stars since the pull out bed was not comfortable at all (ended up just sleeping on the couch instead of pulling the bed out) and lighting the fireplace/heat wasn't the easiest thing.

Wonderful location and accommodations

My son and his friends had such a grand time during their ski weekend away from college life. It was the perfect place to relax. Loved having everything in such close proximity - ski hill, restaurants, athletic club. Couldn’t have been a nicer place for them. Thank you!

Great property, great locations, and great times. Unit is located in the heart of mammoth lakes, close to village as well as all surrounding restaurants and pubs. Unit in person is as described in posting. Gym is not onsite but 0.5 miles away. Unit stocked with all essentials needed to cook at home at well. Will def rent again

Perfect ski condo

Condo was perfectly located and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and lift. Very cozy condo with all the amenities. We would recommend new mattresses or make sure you bring a mattress topper.

Perfect for Skiing Fam

What a great find. Clean, perfect location-felt like we were staying at a ski lodge. We were within an easy walk of the Eagle and central to the entire town of Mammoth. Check in process was a breeze and on the way to an awesome condo. Clean and comfy. Would use again no questions asked.

Clean and convenient

2 bedroom, 2 bath property on the first floor and a short walk to Eagle. Pros: Location Clean Kitchen well stocked Cons: upstairs noise walkway was covered in ice the entire stay beds not very comfortable underground parking spot is in the building next door. This was super confusing and not explained in any check in documents. We never used it since there was another outdoor spot next to the building. Tried to call the management company to help us find the parking on the first night, its an 800 number and a message saying that high call volumes so needed to hold. I did not hold and found it frustrating that if I really needed something it would have been difficult to address. One of the keys provided would only unlock the door, but would not lock it. I would have told management but again it was difficult to contact them. Overall, I would stay again but it may not be my first choice.

High overall rating. Here's a few adjustments that are needed for future guests::

1. Think about revising your map. 102 was next to 202, not 103 which caused confusion. Another renter was also confused and woke us up at night when they came to our door by mistake. (2) The sprinkler head in front of 103 is broken and is wasting water. (3) The 2 deck chairs were quite dusty/dirty. (3) There were no hair dryers when we arrived so we borrowed one from the mgmt office (4) The dimmer switch for the high kitchen counter needs to be adjusted or replaced. (5) The front door does not close/lock easily from the outside. The door is warped or needs a small adjustment.

This cozy condo was even nicer than described, with quality construction and decor. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, beautiful floors, and heat-generating fireplace. The management was kind and accommodating. This will be our go-to spot in Mammoth from now on!

Very nice place within close proximity of Eagle Lodge

A nice place within a short walk to Eagle lodge. Very clean and has a washer/dryer that was convenient to dry wet ski clothes. It has a good size bed in the Master Bedroom. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are small, but okay for kids. Only complaint is that the light in the main entryway was out, but that is really an item that should be addressed with Mammoth Reservations.

Very cute and well maintained property

We absolutely loved this place. it is decorated so nicely and is well maintained. it is also very close to Eagle Lodge. the cars parked along Minerett went further down the road than where the condo is located. I also loved that there are no stairs up to the front door; this makes getting home from skiing much easier.
