Property was great. Location was great. Quick walk to the eagle lodge and lift. Only drawback was the outdated check in process which wasn’t to much of an inconvenience but can’t remember a time when I had to go to the property rental agency to pick up and drop off keys. Especially since the front door and garage had a code system. Overall a great property that we would stay at again.

My friends and I stayed here and it was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone to have their own beds and all be able to sit in the living room together. I loved the cleanliness and the location was perfect. For being a pet friendly place, the place was very clean and kept well. We were close to everything in town and all the lifts. The hot tub and balcony views were amazing!

We had a wonderful stay, the unit had great views of God's creation! Dog friendly with walking path right near the door! Only had one issue with smoke, from a guest unit smoking on balcony next to us- but we emailed the reservation office- and did not smell anything the rest of our stay- this is smoke free place!

Hot water comes on QUICK which is great during the winter. Came here with some friends on memorial day, and the place was excellent. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of all the mountains around. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, and all have excellent views of the Sherwins. The private hot tub with beautiful mountain views was highlight. The beds are not quite as described in the listing: the room that claims four twin beds actually has two full-size bunk beds and a small day-bed, and the room claiming two twins has a twin bed with a small, pull-out trundle. If we had more people, this would have been a problem, but fortunately we had enough space for everyone without having to resort to the trundle or day-bed, but for a larger party it's worth noting.

The home was beautiful. Had just a few issues. Check in time was scheduled for 4:00pm. We were not allowed to check in until after 4:00pm. However, the did allow us to check out 1 hour later. The place was clean until you sat around the sofa. The cleaning crew must clean under the sofa. There was DOG hair everywhere. I would rent this home if back in Mammoth. Beautiful views of the mountains and in walking distance to lifts.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn't get to go...Blizzard. Instead of endangering the lives of my children and elderly parents, I had to cancel due to a blizzard and dangerous road conditions. Since I did not get travel insurance, I only got the cleaning fee refunded. Disappointed that the rental company could not work with me since I have stayed at that property numerous times. If I had made it to the property, we would have been snowed in and unable to leave as the 395 was closed. Very expensive lesson learned.

There is instructions telling us to set our thermostats to 5 degrees apart, but we never got the bedrooms to warm up following the instructions. The bedrooms are always freezing! But really, 5 degrees apart on 4 different thermostats would mean 20 degrees different in total. That would still mean they don't work normally. I believe the 5 degrees apart requirement is a made-up story to discourage us from warming up the rooms. That I think is very unprofessional. I must say the it is a great location for getting to the slopes, if you don't mind wearing a puffer to bed.

Jacuzzi faces the Sherwins with unobstructed views and is more "private" than the other town homes in this development. It took a day for management to get the jacuzzi cleaned for use. I understand that in mountain towns things like jacuzzi maintenance doesn't happen with the snap of a finger, but this should be disclosed as the private jacuzzi was one of the primary reasons for renting this property.A short 2 minute walk to Eagle and easy to grab a shuttle from Juniper.Highly recommend and will not hesitate to rent this property again.

The property was exactly as described with spacious living and dining areas, bright light coming through large windows and doors, and comfortable furnishings that made it very relaxing after long days on the slopes. They layout was very comfortable and accommodated our group perfectly with Bunk Beds for the kids and comfortable beds for the adults. It had easy access to all bedrooms and multiple areas to chill and relax. The outdoor spa made a wonderful relaxing environment perfect for soaking your sore body after spending the day on the mountain. It was less than a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge, which made it convenient to go back to the property to have lunch, saving a bunch of money not eating on the mountain. Plus we never needed our car to go anywhere being so close to the lodge. The property was very clean and well-maintained and ready upon our arrival. The management team was excellent with spending less than 5 minutes during the check-in and check-out process and having everything ready to go when we showed up after a long drive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we are already planning our next trip and staying here again. Like I said earlier, this property is top notch and a wonderful place to enjoy your time in Mammoth!

Pretty much as close to a ski in/out place you can find that is also dog friendly and not in a hotel/condo. Everything worked as described. Unit was clean. Management was friendly and prompt in answering questions. All exactly as described in the advertisements. And although it is a dog friendly unit, you’d not know it by how clean the unit is. Cozy and lovely. Definitely would stay again without a moment’s hesitation.

The kitchen is well stocked, and there are tons of games in hidden drawers in the coffee table (we didn't notice at first!). The hot tub has a great view as well. Good location to walk to Eagle lodge for skiing - although it isn't fully ski back, the ski back trail ends and you still have to walk on the road. It would also be right on the Town Loop walking trail when it isn't covered in snow - unfortunately inaccessible when there was a ton of snow. Pet friendly. Parking in garage was easy for 1 SUV and a tall truck, but any extra cars have to be parked elsewhere in complex, if you can find a spot. Only other complaint is that the "fourth" bedroom is really a tiny open office upstairs with the large main bedroom. no door or access to a bathroom.
