Great place to stay!

We were in town for Bluesapalooza and the location was great. The place was clean and was awesome to be at the village and have everything walkable. We'll definitely book this place again!

Heart of Mammoth

Mammoth is our home away from home. Staying in the village is always such a treat… with easy access to the village gondola up to canyon lodge and walking distance from all the shops and restaurants! The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and couldn’t have been better located! We had a blast showing our family around and enjoying the beautify winter wonderland!

Great Condo

We loved the condo, sadly the pool was closed until our last day, but the pool is amazing. Love that the village is just out the back door. Hopefully I will be staying there again next year.

Great condo and location. Was like staying in a hotel, had towels kitchen items and soaps. Tv in each room with smart options. Close to elevator for easy travel. Bedroom setup was perfect for my family. Not cluttered at all. Had some plastic sleds in the closet.

Will definitely stay again

The unit was exactly as described and in an ideal location by the gondola and restaurants. Other than an issue with the code not working at the door when we first arrived (which was quickly resolved), we had an amazing trip and will definitely stay again.

Love the village lodge. Great pool area and fire pits around for chilling at night. Staff is always friendly. We love the games they have set out for the kids to play. Ping pong, corn hole, giant connect 4. Place is great. Only complaint is beds in condo were bad but that is a owner of condo issue

Great location. Nice apartment as well. Checking in could have been smoother. Gave us wrong code and took a bit to get hild of management....Overall was good though. Would recommend 👌.

Ideal location. Photos accurate. Comfortable and nice size but master bed is too hard. Also a bit dated and generic. Property manager responsive and available.

Hot water

I would definitely go back if the hot water was better. Took 5-10 minutes to warm up. Can’t count on it. Property sleeps six. It would be totally unacceptable for more than 1 shower per hour.

Condo overlooking the Village

Awesome location and the condo itself was awesome. Check in time at 4pm and check out at 10am sucks. As in other reviews of this property the bed in the master bedroom is lousy. Asked for 3 keys and got 2. 2 bedroom condo and only 1 parking spot. Some of the property rules about no boards, skis, or bikes allowed in the rooms at a winter and summer resort is ridiculous!

Nice location

This is a great location, however several things were not cleaned. Master bed sinks to one side, no ladder on the bunk beds. Oven needed to be cleaned bad, oven started smoking apon preheating. Mold growing in the master shower ect. We notified management and they said they would take care of it after we left. Very nice location but don’t know if I’ll be back.

Place was great; check-in awful

Showed up in a storm and followed their check-in process perfectly. There were no access cards or keys. Called and emailed multiple times. Ended up going shopping until we could reach someone who gave us emergency access to a different box. Could have been worse, but definitely not great !

hot water problems have to check in at another site away from the property directions for where to leave keys and parking pass not clear I was able to contact the property manager for hot water complaint but have no idea if they ever came to fix it as they left no note or message and ultimately found out the hot water to the king bedroom bath was very delayed ... literally, 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water to the shower the lincoln building had one of two elevators working which led to a very inconvenient loading and unloading as well as going to and from the place with delays waiting for the one elevator everybody in the building was using...( this is the second time this winter I've stayed in that building and both times this happened for the entire week i was there, i never saw anyone even working on it) 1 of 4 jacuzzis was open( 2 were buried by snow , i think and one was blocked by snow removal activity) The noise from the street was annoying ...( something to consider, but not a deal breaker as the unit was very convenient for enjoying the village at night and getting to and from the village gondola to the canyon lodge) overall I would reconsider staying at the village lodge and maybe opt for a place up near the canyon lodge... or maybe pick a different building at the property.
