“The views and the room were a 10 out of 10. The owner and manager were friendly and tried to make our visit enjoyable. However, there were numerous issues with the resort. Firstly, you need a 4 wheel drive to reach the resort. We had to park our car at the bottom of the hill at the side of the road. The owner had to come get us and bring us to the resort. Each unit has a small hot tub we were excited to use but the water was cold and unusable since they are on solar. The main pool and hot tub……

“We picked this hotel because it’s right in town, so we could walk everywhere which was nice. However, since it’s right on a main road, it was noisy, so we decided to stay only one night. ”

“The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back .”
