Could not fault our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the facilities were lovely and food was great, it did get a bit ‘samey’ with the food everyday but they had atleast 1 thing different every evening. The only fault I could possibly come up with was the lifts. They took a long time to come to the correct floor and to get to the floor you wanted to go. Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bel hôtel et très propre. Vue magnifique, personnel extrêmement sympathique. Restauration correcte Petit bémol concernant l’accès aux transat autour des piscines, malgré le fait qu’il soit interdit de réserver des transat, des 8h ils sont tous ils le sont déjà tous … Dans l’ensemble c’est un séjour très positif

The hotel was advertised as 4 star, its a 2.5 from my stay. Everything is standard for an all inclusive family hotel but it was grubby. They clearly need more day/cleaning staff. Only 1 time in a week did i see the canteen staff use a cleaner on the tables. My room had long hair matted on the floor and the bin by the toilet was thick with stale urine. Only 2 was the balcony area cleaned. The doors to balcony wouldnt open/close properly so i sprayed some oil and it worked fine - this shouldn’t have been for me to do! The evening entertainment area uses sunbeds and the pool/lounge area on fake grass. It was never washed/cleaned and glasses etc on floor in morning at 9am. Towels WERE left all day with nothing being done. As a lone traveller lunch was a nightmare. 3 times upon returning to my allocated table my drinks and or food have been removed or people sitting there. I got what i needed on this break - quiet & relaxation. The hotel staff where helpful and customer service very quick. The bed was a delight and linen fresh and clean. Disappointed by no kettle but that was my error in not reading correctly. Floor 1 overlooking dining roof but very quiet. The young entertainment crew were great, friendly and fun without being too much.

Very clean and comfortable bedroom - slept very well. Good breakfast- did not have any other meals as we have family who have a holiday home nearby and we ate with them. Great pool - nice cliff walks around the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money.

Great girls holiday

I visited for 4 nights with 7 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. We all loved the resort, great sized outdoor areas, lovely pools, 2 x snack bars, 2 x restaurants. We found the food and drink to be really good, so much so we didnt venture far as we enjoyed the entertainment too. There is a beautiful sandy cove to the right of the hotel, takes about 15mins to walk there and the beach bar is so lovely too. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby but not a big place. Staff were all really friendly and i wasnt hesitate returning for a fun or chill out holiday

Stunning views from the property, always clean and well maintained. Food is repetitive and not that many options, they have different theme dinners most days, but you can barely see any changes in dishes, although we always find something delicious. Area around is beautiful, walks are great, small beach nearby, which looked a bit dirty, there are some shops and places to eat out too. Staff are mostly friendly and happy to serve, we saw a lady that was having a bit of a meltdown looking after tables during lunch, but the rest were friendly. AI cocktails are premixed and only 5-6 available, tasted good. Beer was good too. Overall the money paid and value of the stay was great, so can't really fault it, I would recommend!

Wij hadden een heel mooi uitzicht vanop ons balkon en de laatste dagen met het slechte weer, was er wel zichtbaar vuil aanwezig in de zee. Voor de rest werd de kamer altijd schoongemaakt enkel spijtig dat de haren niet werden opgeruimd maar gewoon tegen de wc werd gedweild... Ook kraakten de bedden heel hard...

Der Aufbau der Anlage und des Hotels ist gut, die Aussicht aufs Meer sehr schön und auch die Eingangshalle mit seinen Sitzmöglichkeiten ein Hingucker. Allerdings merkt man an vielen Stellen, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Zudem waren die neuen Handtücher häufig dreckig und auch das Geschirr etc. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Buchten in der Nähe schön.
