Great hotel to stay with the family

Our stay at the hotel was fabulous. The hotel is close to 2 beautiful beaches( 5 and 10 minutes walking),also approximately 20 minutes driving from several beaches. Rooms are very clean, you feel the hospitality from the begining. Meals were delicious, so many choices. If you are traveling with kids it is perfect as hotel offers a lot of activities for kidls all day long in the pool area. All comibined it was a great experience for our family of 4 ( girls aged 10 and 7). Many thanks to all staff at the hotel Regards. Dragana Pavlovic

The hotel and all staff were brilliant. Very friendly, very clean and a good selection everyday at the all inclusive buffet. The only downside is that there isn’t much around the hotel for dining. The local beach is great and there are several play parks but not much choice if you want to go out for food.

Highly recommend. Although restaurant isn’t the fancier one, they serve good food. We had a nice pool/sea view apartment which we enjoyed a lot. Overall like for a 3 star Hotel I would say it’s excellent.

Food horrendous, restaurant at best a canteen, poor selection very low quality. Stairs, like climbing Matchu Picchu, if you can’t do stairs don’t stay there. Room very good and views over the sea excellent. Staff all fantastic. It’s a 3 star so nor delusions of grandeur of champagne service for lemonade money but I’ve paid less and had much better in comparable 3 star rated hotels. Will not return

Excellent hotel

We had the most wonderful holiday at HSM Calas Park! The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby. You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one. There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc. All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again. Thank you guys!

Everything was great. The staff were really friendly, esp. the bartenders and the entertainment guy, Ivan, if I am not mistaken. The only problem, not for me but maybe for others, was the stairs. You need to go to restaurant on the other side of the yard, outside lobby, and depending on your the location of your apartment, it may be a lot of stairs. The food was also really good, fresh and diverse. All in all, it was a great stay.

Great family stay

Great stay, exactly as described. Some reviews saying food not the most exciting. Had fresh fish / meat each day on the grill, pasta station , salad station, meats and cheese etc was all good. Food and drink available pretty much all day. Pool was great for the kids

Th ehotel is amazin, the apartments are big and clean, new furniture, the sea view is stunning. But the variety of food at the restaurant is very poor, comparing to other hotels I have stayed in. Price/quality rate is good.

Had a lovely week, all the staff were really friendly and work really hard in all areas. Food was good, 8am till noon for breakfast meant no rushing in the mornings. Rooms cleaned daily. Entertainment geared more for kids. Would return.

Good stay with a few caveats

We enjoyed our stay, although there are a few things I would like to change in the hotel. First is regarding the "permanent" cups in the pool area: they will give you 1 cup per person when you arrive and it is your responsibility to care for it until the day your leave. I can understand the ecological idea behind it, but it seems like a impractical implementation of a good idea. The second is the lack of food options near the pool area. If you are in the pool and want to eat anything, you will have to get changed to dry clothes, go up 4 flights of stairs and visit the main restaurant. It is not exactly how I expected my all inclusive hotel to be. They could provide a few snacks in the bar closer to the pool. The walk to the beach is a short one (7 minutes with small kids), but if you want to sit in the beach, get there EARLY. At 9am, all the beach chairs and parasols are already taken. Apart these things, we really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning view. Value for money. Ruined for us by two particular groups of rowdy guests - a hen party of northern cackly women who found it necessary to whoop, shout, sing and cackle loudly and relentlessly at every opportunity. Plus a family of 4 adults and 2 kids poolside, where the older male of the party thought it acceptable to play (questionable) music loudly from his phone with no consideration to other guests and competing in volume with the poolbar music. Food ok for price paid and exceptionally clean Unfair to be harsh on hotel as it was the aforementioned guests that ruined our stay and probably on hindsight not our type of resort. Enjoyed sea views and lovely walk to nearby beach however.

I liked the location. Not very happy that we had to pay a deposit to get a kettle, the remote control and 18euros for the safe. The reception staff didn't made us feel safe, saying that if something gets stolen from the room it is not their responsibility. Another thing that we found awkward was that we had to keep the swimming pool glasses for the next day. The room wasnt cleaned properly the living room mirror was dirty for the whole week and the shower looked very dirty looks like they dont use any bleach.

Der service ist super. Hier bitte nichts ändern. Was mich persönlich etwas stört, sind die Animationen die bis 0uhr gehen. Es war zwar für mich ok, aber für Frühschläfer ist das nicht geeignet. Ebenso für Frühaufsteher ist das Hotel eher nicht praktisch. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8Uhr. Wenn man das vorher weiß , ist das absolut kein Problem. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Som andre skriver: fint 3-stjernet hotel. God udsigt og beliggende ud til havet. Maden er ikke særlig god og man ender med at spise ud flere aftener. Lidt underligt og uhygiejnisk at skulle genbruge de samme plastisk krus under hele opholdet. De bliver kun vasket indvendigt, men ikke udvendigt og vi måtte derfor spørger efter at få dem udskiftet flere gange. Ingen tallerkner, glas, bestik m.v. I tekøkkenet. Maden kun måtte indtages i kantinen i kældern.

En av 2 toaletter gick inte att spola och knappt nått vatten i kranen, sa till första dagen men ingen åtgärd genom hela vistelsen.. okej boende men knappt värt pengarna.
