The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, helpfulness, and excellence. However, certain areas warrant improvement, specifically the acoustic insulation within the guest rooms and the restaurant. Additionally, extending the operating hours of the snack bar would be highly beneficial.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, das Essen nach 2 Wochen sehr langweilig und passte leider gar nicht zu den Themenabenden. Der Kinderclub hatte sehr ungünstige Öffnungszeiten und die Kinderdisco war leider die reinste Katastrophe, alles wirkte sehr chaotisch und überhaupt nicht professionell. Schade für so ein Familienhotel mit sehr vielen Kindern. Wir werden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Here’s a polished version that keeps the review balanced but makes the food concern clear: The stay overall was fine. The rooms and facilities could use a little TLC in some areas, but overall, the kids had a great time and enjoyed themselves. My biggest concern was the food. There were not many options available, and the selection lacked variety, especially for families with children and different preferences. Unfortunately, my husband and son also became sick on our last day, which we believe may have been related to something they ate. I would definitely recommend expanding the food choices and offering more variety to accommodate different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food experience was the biggest disappointment for us.

Das Hotel an sich war gut, jedoch haben andere Urlauber es alles so dreckig gemacht, dass das Personal nicht hinter her kam. Auch liegen wurden um 7 Uhr morgens bereits reserviert und nach dem das Personal die Handtücher weg getan hat, wurden Sie sofort wieder neu platziert. Unser Zimmer hat uns von der Aufteilung nicht gefallen, Schlafzimmer war direkt beim Eingang, dafür war es ein richtiges Apartment und riesig. Das Hotel gibt sich größte Mühe, aber wir würden dennoch nicht nochmal wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience.

Déception pour cet hôtel. L’établissement est clairement mal entretenu et aurait besoin d’une rénovation sérieuse. La piscine n’était pas très propre et une odeur désagréable frappe dès l’entrée du restaurant. Les chambres sont extrêmement basiques et ressemblent davantage à des studios d’étudiants qu’à des chambres d’hôtel. La propreté des toilettes laisse également beaucoup à désirer, avec notamment des traces jaunes visibles jusqu’à l’évacuation. Concernant le personnel, je ne leur jette absolument pas la faute : ils travaillent dans une chaleur importante et semblent complètement épuisés. En revanche, le personnel du bar nous a paru peu sympathique. Le problème est surtout l’état général, l’entretien et la gestion de l’établissement. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, il y a clairement beaucoup de choses à améliorer. En revanche, l’hôtel est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, avec une ambiance et des installations particulièrement adaptées aux familles.

Great staff, lots of kids entertainment, good food with variety. Room was the only let down with a revamp needed - rotting wood and black mold which is a shame to be it’s only real let down.
