Stunning villa, great location. My only thing was the pool was quite shallow but that’s my fault for not reading the description. The owners are also very attentive I would 1000% stay here again

Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern Ende Juli nach Cala Murada und haben die 11 Tage auf der Finca sehr genossen. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und auch bei einen kleinen Problem war der Ansprechpartner schnell vor Ort zur Behebung des Problems. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen aus und bei schlechteren Wetter steht der Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Die ansässigen Lokale kann man nur weiterempfehlen , jedoch sollte rechtzeitig reserviert werden um Plätze zu bekommen. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Ein fantastischer Urlaub ☀️

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist bestens gelegen und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Durch die kurze Entfernung zum Strand war der Urlaub für uns perfekt, der schöne Pool rundete dies ab. Es sind sogar einige Wasserspielsachen vorhanden. Vielen Dank!

Einfach traumhaft schön

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa; der Pool und Whirlpool sind toll für die ganze Familie; Auch der Grill wurde regelmäßig angeheizt; eine super schöne Villa; Bei Fragen haben wir immer sofort Feedback erhalten! Der Strand ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Sparmarkt auch um die Ecke; die weiteren Einkäufe haben wir bei Lidl getätigt; Wir würden gleich wieder hinfliegen! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals!!

Family holiday 3 generations

Good holiday. If guests are staying more than 1 weeky I suggest that maybe a change of bed linen would be a good option. Plus a little un clean around the hot tub.greell on floor ,had to clean up a couple of times. But on the hole a good and enjoyable holiday. Also we has a couple of issues but were sorted out straight away.

Cala Murada stay 2019

The property was in an excellent neighborhood close the several beautiful beaches. The home was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 8 people. Kitchen was well equipped with nice dining and cooking ware. Weather was very humid in the summer and air conditioning that worked better would have been great! Other than the air conditioning, this is a great property to rent and I definitely recommend it.

Relaxing week

Just back from a very relaxing week in this beautiful property. The villa is as photographed and furnished to an incredibly high standard. The villa owner and management team were on hand and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub was easily are favourite thing and we enjoyed many hours relaxing in it. There is a small Spar supermarket about 500 meters away, which stocks everything you would need. They also make fresh bread and pastries and you can order what you want for each morning, as they sell out quickly. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance and we really enjoyed the food at the beach bar, the view and sunset from there was beautiful. Cala Murada is a small village, not touristy at all. It was perfect for us for 1 week as we wanted to just relax by the pool and not travel anywhere. However, if you like to get out and about I would suggest hiring a car as it will give you more options but the villa is a perfect base. Thank you again to Yvonne and the management team for our wonderful, relaxing stay.

Nice, spacious house close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Maria. Perfect with bedroom and bath on the ground floor for my in laws. I loved the big balcony on the first floor. The house is well equipped and the wifi worked good (important for the kids). Nice pool and a hot tub. Spar shop for groceries and nice restaurants within walking distanse as well. We would love to come back.

Very clean, pool was lovely and there was plenty of space for two families

Great stay in a villa with all the facilities you need for a fantastic holiday. Location was perfect, walking distance to a beach bar which served great food and the lady who ran the bar was great. We had a week but if longer, would have hired a car as there isn’t lots to do. Perfect for a week relaxing though!

Fab! Fab! Fab! Fab! Four Weeks Away

The four fabs above represent how we felt about the four weeks we spent staying at Villa Maria. From the moment we arrived on our very first night the place felt like home. My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our whole stay at the Villa and so did our family and friends who visited us over the same period. The place is so well equipped with everything you need for your holiday away from home. The Villa is roomy and spacious even when you have a full house staying. It’s spotlessly clean and very well maintained by the management company who look after everything. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely big bowl of fresh fruit, a red and white bottle of wine, a bottle of water and milk. The place is so relaxed and chilled out, that I actually could not remember my internet bank ID number for the life of me, because I had become so relaxed and chilled. The place is so peaceful and only a short walk away to the lovely local little beach where you can feel the sea breeze blow gently through your hair. We totally lost track of time which to me is what a holiday should all be about. This was our first holiday in a rented Villa and I find it difficult to believe how another place like it could be any better. Cala Murada is out of the way and relatively unspoilt, but not too much out of the way, it’s a lovely pretty little village with some really nice little bars and restaurants scattered around the village. The population is mainly German and the locals of course, but they do make you feel so welcome. The big mistake we made was to not hire a car however, this was no big deal because the local taxi service run by a lady called Alicia is brilliant and she speaks perfect English. The local bus service is very good too and easy to get around with. We left the bus timetables for any future guests to use. I could go on and on about this place it was such a great holiday, so if you are reading this and thinking about a Villa holiday make your booking before its too late. Finally, a word on the owner (John), each time I contacted the owner with a question or query he came back to me with a response very quickly and answered all my questions. Get in there before this place becomes over developed and commercialised.

Great villa, a real home from home

We had the pleasure of a long winter vacation (aka English winter escape!) staying at Villa Maria. The house was very well equipped, the best self-catering accommodation we've ever stayed in. The owner clearly wants it to feel like a home. The house was clean, and all the towels & linen we could want was provided. The friendly management company were very responsive & efficient at dealing with any and all queries or problems. The internet is very good, essential these days for a long stay, even if not needing to work. All the bedrooms were comfortable, with reversible air-conditioning in all. For us, the wood stove in the lounge was a lovely feature. The location of the house in Cala Murada is great too - close to the beach, a bar, a restaurant, and the Spar, but far enough from all to never get much noise in high season. We stayed with our two miniature dogs, the area being perfect for walks, short & long right from the front door. For those wanting to do some cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is no doubt at all that we would definitely stay again. The villa and Cala Murada are perfect for couples & families wanting a great holiday, but not in the 'typical' Majorcan party scene of hotel & apartment block complexes. Cala Murada is a lovely village type location of all houses & villas.

Absolutely amazing.

The property was a very high standard, great facilities. The pool is brilliant, and the hot tub is a massive bonus. The villa gives off a very luxurious feel about it, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We found some nice beaches and boat ride a short distance from the villa. Nice few restaurants and close to the local shop. We will definitely be returning. We had one issue with a cover in the bottom of the pool, but one call to the management company and they were out the next day to fix it. Very impressed with all aspects of the villa. Very clean also. Only slight downside, and I mean very slight is the Internet connection, can be a little temperamental at times but worked good when it did.
