You arrive at the house from the path and find a covered parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles. We cross a beautiful garden and reach the house's porch, equipped with a wooden dining table. From the porch, we access the house where we find a spacious dining room with a very large and fully equipped kitchen. By crossing the dining room, we reach the entrance hall that leads us to the rear of the house. To the right, there is a double room with two single beds and decoration in white tones, another double room with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom with a shower. To the left of the entrance hall is a modern bathroom with a shower and a large room with an extra-large bed.



The second floor, which is accessed from the outside, consists of an independent apartment that has a large living room with three sofas in front of the television and fireplace, a small kitchen, a large double bedroom with an extra-large bed and a full bathroom with a shower. This floor has air conditioning.



In front of the house, there is a large landscaped area with grass and ideal for children, an outdoor seating area in the shade of a beautiful tree and separated by a barrier is the pool area, where we find a 10m x 5m pool surrounded by grass, a sunbed area and a great barbecue to have your meals outdoors.
