Great place for large group

Lovely location to explore the east side of Majorca, but would absolutely recommend a car as there is no where to really walk to from the property. Property is a great size, we were a party of 12 and found it great. Everything is functional, could do with new sofas and sun beds which are a bit tired, but still work. The guy who owns the property is lovely and keen to help, plenty of cutlery and crockery and all clean. Pool was fantastic and although property is near a main road this wasn't intrusive. Overall a great place to relax and spend time as a large group.

Excellent house with noisy environment

The house as a house is excellent for a large family up to 12. The owner responded very fast to a technical problem, and we felt safe. However, it is close to the main road between Manacor and Porto Christo and therefore the noise is too high during the whole day and night. We would recommend building a noise wall etc. to reduce the noise 😊

Property was in a good location- 2mins from portocristo by car.Clean and tidy with good sized bedrooms Large outdoor spaces We were unaware that the house was split in two!!….which was disappointing as main lounge only has seating for 5people. We thought it was one big houseI would suggest this needs to be highlighted in the property details more clearly. Pool is absolutely freezing so only useable in summer months

Mooi huis en heerlijk zwembad... wel wat gedateerd maar prima te doen. Eigenaar lost de problemen snel op een is heel aardig. Mooie veranda waar we ons prima vermaakten.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Ferienhaus genossen, für größere Gruppen ist das Ferienhaus sowie das Grundstück ideal. Leider ist die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße recht laut sodass die eine oder andere Nacht etwas getrübt war. Dennoch würden wir dieses Ferienhaus noch einmal buchen.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Die Finca entspricht genau der Beschreibung, sehr großzügig, super ausgestattet und sauber. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die zwei Küchen mit den zwei Kühlschränken wurden komplett ausgenutzt. In der Nähe befindet sich die Schnellstraße, die man natürlich hört. Wenn man das weiß und nicht die absolute Ruhe erwartet, kann der Urlaub nur perfekt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi var uden bil og regnede med at kunne få taxa til det vi ville - Men de kunne ikke finde huset. Adressen går ikke ind på gps. Rigtigt fint hus men gryder trænger til udskiftning og en reparation af udendørs bruser vil have hjulpet. Men alt i alt et fantastisk hus med nasser af plads til os 7 voksne og 4 børn. Vi har haft en dejlig ferien

Super schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Die Finca ist ein sehr schönes Objekt uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man fand dort seine Ruheoase oder hatten Spaß im Pool. Die Finca bietet sehr viel Platz. Rundum sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Kann man für mehrere Leute nur empfehlen.

Eine gut aufgeteilte Finca für eine grosse Gruppe. Wir waren 5 Kinder und 6 Erwachsene und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und die Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder waren ideal. Die Lage sehr zentral - wenn auch etwas laut an der Hauptstrasse. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die vielen Räume bieten auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bei einer Belegung mit vielen Gästen. Ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

El alojamiento era maravillosamente bueno, espacioso, con un buen jardín y una buena piscina. Sin embargo, la cocina está un poco mal equipada y los lavavajillas tendrían que ser reemplazados. Der Standard der Ausstattung für war den günstigen Preis angemessen. Leider störte der Straßenlärm etwas. Für einen Urlaub, der hauptsächlich draußen stattfindet war es absolut in Ordnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für unsere Großfamilie

Großzügig gestaltete Finca in guter Lage für Ausflüge (sofern ein Mietwagen vorhanden ist). Toller Vermieter (Oscar) den man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit anrufen kann sollten einmal Probleme auftauchen. Die direkt vor dem Anwesen verlaufende Verbindungsstraße MA-4020 von Manacor nach Porto Cristo ist zwar viel befahren aber nicht wirklich Lärmstörend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lediglich die spärliche Kühlung in diesen durch nicht wirklich wirkungsvolle Standlüfter könnte man mit einem Minus bemängeln. 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen und ein Pool welcher vom Besitzer Oscar peinlich auf Qualität geprüft wird lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in der Finca Sa Conca, den wir sehr gerne wiederholen werden.
