Great communication, very responsive owner. The checkin and checkout were very smooth even though we were coming in late and leaving early. Nice, comfortable place as advertised. The weather was a little too cool to utilize the pool, but it looked great.

Slept like a baby

Was pleasantly surprised to arrive fairly late in the evening after a harrowing 14 hour travel day and greeted with a sympathetic property manager who recognized out plight. The quiet evenings, beautiful views and perfect location was just what the Doctor ordered. The layout consists of three separate rooms on the second floor and a special "Widows walk" stairway to a commanding view on the ocean. The living room, bathroom and master bedroom were clean and spacious. There is a beautiful Mediterranean style pool and the entire property feels very secure. A very special thank you must be said for Michael Stenzel, who went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as it was!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lisa. Everything was as described and a great place to relax and unwind. The pool was fabulous to have and outdoor areas clean and comfortable. The local area had a great beach bar with amazing food and other restaurants all within easy walking distance. Communication with Mr Klewing the owner was excellent, professional and prompt. We did however face an oversight from the property manager and our arrival date despite communication from ourselves and the owner. I would definitely stay again and my only one recommendation would be for better/supportive pillows on the bed. Thank you again Rudi and family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est globalement bien équipé. La piscine est top, ainsi que la terrasse. Bonne communication avec le manager sur place. Par contre, nous n'avons eu accès au barbecue et à une machine à laver qu'après avoir insisté, alors que ces équipements sont indiqués sur l'annonce.

Geheimtipp

Liebe Fam. Klewing,völlig überarbeitet, haben wir sehr kurzfristig (3,5 Std. vor Ankunft :-)) Ihre wunderschöne Unterkunft gebucht. Sie haben unglaublich schnell geantwortet und alles perfekt für uns gemanagt. Was für ein Glück! 1000 Dank! Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen war eine Freude.Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch ausgestattet. Betten und Zudecken waren warm, weich und kuschelig, so dass wir auch im Dezember nicht frieren mussten. Alles im Haus hatte Hand und Fuß. So war hochwertiges Geschirr und Besteck ausreichend vorhanden. Es gab wunderbar scharfe Messer, eine "richtige" Kaffeemaschine, Schuhanzieher, Geschirr, Pfannen sogar mit Pfannenschoner, Töpfe, alles wie neu. Besonders gut hat uns die Verglasung eines Teiles der Terrasse gefallen, mit leichtgängigen Schiebetüren, eine Art Wintergarten, welcher auch bei Wind oder Regen mit viel Wohnraum und Licht verwöhnt. Haus und Garten waren sehr gepflegt.Es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen- ehrlich gesagt, könnte sie nicht besser sein, da sich hier alles Gute vereint. Meerblick, viele Terrassen, Ruhe und ein kurzer Weg zum tollen Bäcker.Selten so wohl gefühlt! Unser Geheimtipp auf Mallorca.

Sommerurlaub Cala Murada

Wir haben uns in der Casa Lisa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die 14 Tage sind wie im Flug vergangen. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war auch sehr gut. Ernest Zauner ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir können nur Gutes berichten und würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub in der Casa Lisa verbringen. LG, Andreas und Silke Dirkes

Casa Lisa - Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Wochen in dem schön eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Küchenutensilien. Der Essbereich draußen sehr komfortabel. Genial war der tolle Pool mit den Poolliegen und der Außentoilette Insgesamt war die Anlage sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit, die wir in Casa Lisa verbringen durften.

Sehr schöne Finca in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der spool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und war super für die Abkühlung am Abend. Der Garten ist sehr schön und in 10min waren wir an einem der schönsten Strände zu Fuß. Sehr empfehlenswert! Insbesondere der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und schnell.

Hätte schön sein können… Privacy mit Einschränkung

Pros: Grundstück und die Wohnung sind top gepflegt und eine strandnahe Wohlfühloase mit schönen Pool und Meerblick von der Terrasse. Cons: anders als im Anzeigentext ist man nicht immer alleine im Haus. Die Privatwohnung des Eigentümers ist an einen Herren dauervermietet, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Das Bad in der Oberwohung ist nur von außen über die Terasse zugänglich. Die An- und Abreisezeiten von der Buchungsbestätugung durch fewo-direkt weichen von denen vom Vermieter nachträglich übermittelten Auftragsbestätigung ab. Schade, wir hatten uns sehr auf entspannte Tage gefreut und wurden zum Teil enttäuscht. Unser Urlaub hat dadurch leider an Leichtigkeit verloren.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang; Vermieterpaar, das sich durch seine ausgesprochene Herzlichkeit auszeichnet. Bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, auch Verbrauchsdinge wie Spülmittel, Salz, Öl, Essig usw. vorhanden. Einrichtung ansprechend und zweckmäßig; weiche Matratzen. Schöne Terrasse und gepflegter Pool. Kleiner Nachteil bei unfreundlichem Wetter: Das zweite Schlafzimmer und vor allem das Bad sind nur über die (allerdings überdachte) Terrasse zu erreichen. Wir haben uns in Casa Lisa sehr wohlgefühlt.
