There is a small kitchen on this level, complete with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two showers/WC are available on this level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a large living room with a panoramic window, a dining table, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
