I love Granada, the pool is beautiful, room was Dak and very noisy as it backed up to the pool and we could hear late night swimmers enjoying themselves as well as an early mornin kids swimming lesson.

the room was nice comfortable bed , floor could have been cleaner
we enjoyed the Chocolate factory tour great breakfast I would stay here again
I came back to Granada, Nicaragua for a second time, from Canada, just to come here. Words, and even photos, cannot fully capture how unique and charming this place is. I recommend getting the best room there you can, everything about it is special. You will feel like you have stepped back in time. Everything about this place is pure magic!!

Live the spa treatment
Although the room was a bit small and we ended up with 2 single beds instead of a queen it was sufficient for the amount of time spent in the room .. hotel needs a few Reno’s but is charming .
We took full advantage of the spa . Stayed 5 days and had a treatment everyday ! Really good prices when you stay

Old hotel with lots history had a very pleasant
Pool and staff we great patio around pool could use a up grade
El hotel es muy muy grande, siempre está lleno de movimiento por todos los servicios que ofrecen. Por la noche es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Muy céntrico, personal muy amable y atento.
It was great. The staff were awesome and the location was great too. The headboard of the bed was a bit dirty and they only gave us a thin sheet to sleep with.
Very nice staff. Quick check in. As we had to leave early the next morning, the kitchen staff were very good with cooking our omelettes and waffle. The only complain was the air conditioner as it was not cool enough.
The good thing about this hotel is the location and the breakfast it was delicious.
The hotel need to be cleaner on the common areas. Specially by the pool, the ducks should not be allowed on the pool.
The SPA should be close, the therapist do not know what are they doing. my sport massage injured my back and now I am on a special treatment with my doctor back home.
The whole SPA was dirty need deep clean.
My room was OK but the bathroom need cleaning too, our bathroom had black mold.

I think price is not fear compare you get
Bed is not as good as we hope, springs are on top of mattress, there are humidity into bathroom.
This was a really cute boutique like hotel that was perfect for my visit to Granada. The inside courtyards were so wonderful with the blends of colonial architecture and modern artwork and these funky chairs. I loved walking around. The pool was refreshing, with some broken tiles on its floor, but that didn't take anything away from my enjoyment. They give you a delicious breakfast each morning that you can enjoy in the courtyard next to beautiful plants.
Everything was really close to walk to. There is plenty of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and markets near by. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and a really cool chocolate store and drink bar. The pool area is large and has an outdoor bar. The staff is amazing and will help with all of your needs. Tony is fantastic. Very helpful and knows all the best places to shop and eat. He should be the manager!!
Extremely disappointed with our stay there. RUDE and unhelpful staff. Air conditioning did to work and there was no ceiling fan to help with cooling situation. There is not a phone in the room to call reception. There were No towels, No shampoo nor conditioner, No shower caps, No lotion, No bath mat. When I walked downstairs to ask for these things I was not given towels to take up. I was told I had to wait and they would be brought up to us. When we did get the towels we only got two bath towels. No wash cloths nor bath mat. As for the shampoo and conditioner, I was told that all they offered was the body wash that was in an attached container to the wall (like the ones that are found in public restrooms for hand washing purposes) which had to be pumped and all you got was a tiny bit per pump. They said they did not offer lotion, nor shower caps. Terrible food in restaurant and drink selection (soft drinks and juice) was very limited. The sheets were clean. Pool was very nice but closed way to early in the evening so we did not get to enjoy it. Overall stay was very awful and so not worth the money we spent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
The hotel made our stay in Granada , it is a chocolate museum and an amazing old colonial/Spanish style building. The pool and bar are beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially tony at concierge. Massages and spa treatments are half price when staying at the hotel. There is free secure parking. It also looks like a great place to learn Spanish as everyday in the courtyard they had one on one tutoring going on. I would highly recommend

Disappointing service and treatment
When we arrived at the hotel we had booked a triple deluxe room with a city or mountain view and instead were placed in a small room with 2 single beds on the first floor for 4 people. When we asked why we were told they were booked and had no other option but would not compensate us. Only after many complaints did a room all of a sudden become available at 10pm at night that was bigger but still no view. We were never told how to get the free breakfast included and had to ask several times and be directed back and forth between the front desk and cafe to finally be given tickets for the meal. The housekeeper never came to clean our room after being out all day on Saturday. The hotel has a great location but sadly they treated us like we were an annoyance not guests. They were not helpful when we asked for explanations. When we left we asked about the inconvenience of having to move twice and not getting the room we booked and they told us they would not compensate us but we could go to the spa (we were checking out and had our bags packed when this was offered so it was basically meaningless). They were so many nice hotels at the same or less price closer to the plaza that were much friendlier and did not treat you with such disregard I would stay elsewhere.
