Pathetic service horrible family stay
We book five rooms for five days.
1Hotel not provided towels on first day. 2.Room service is poor. Hotel staff is not professional they always refuse is all the cases even if you demand a water.
3. No water arrangement in rooms we have went to recpection each time with our empty bottel to reffil them water jugs not provided.
4. Quality of food is so poor even street food is far better.
5. Hotel always refuses all the food item mentioned in menu. One can only get food in the morning and evening in buffet. For lunch hotel refuses to deliver.
6. Location of hotel is remote do lot book hotel if you are traveling with own vehicle. Hotel is 6 km from mall road. No public transport is available. Auto charges 400 to 500 and taxi charges 600 to 800 per trip.
7. Rooms not cleaned regularly, linens not replaced on daily basis in my room of five nights only once they have replaced the bedsheet.
8. Only 2 days out 5 hotel has provided hot water.
