Our stay was wonderfull we loved everything and our 6months baby had the best time. The staff was very polite and nice. Just the food at the Asian restaurant (rooftop) was not 5* for the price they can do better.

Exceptional family hotel

Exceptional service in a luxurious hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for every member of staff. Caters for plant-based diet and excellent children’s club and water park great for toddlers. Amazing unisex and ladies only gym and spa facilities. Will be back again for sure.

Nothing short of phenomenal! a deluxe property with everything you would expect, but what's head and shoulders above every other hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to be hand picked, carefully trained, and caring beyond belief. Ive just spent a fortune on 2 rooms for 9 nights, and paying the bill didn't hurt a bit! Great staff, wonderfully friendly atmosphere, amazing food options, lovely pool areas. amazing gym......... Gripes? Not a single gripe!

A Perfect Getaway at Four Seasons Bahrain – Exceptional Staff, Views & Service! From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons Bahrain, everything about our stay felt like a dream. The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and every detail designed for pure relaxation and luxury. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible service and the amazing people who work there. A very special shout-out to Ally, the pool assistant, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. That kind of genuine care is what makes this place truly special. The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views. And of course, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Iqbal, who welcomed us each time with warmth and a smile, and made every visit feel special with his impeccable hospitality. Great but could be better too.

The venue and location was stunning and room was beautifully decorated. The main shortfall was the bathroom amenities. Ever since the hotels say they have embraced eco-friendliness, they've disregarded the luxury amenities that are one of the perks of staying in a 5 star hotel. There was some male reception staff who were lovely and attentive.

Isolated luxury

The hotel felt extremely sterile in character. Very quiet and clean. I felt like a bird trapped in a cage of luxury. So I kind of felt stuck and lost motivation to leave the compound to the explore the city for tourism and dining. The beach was disappointing.
