The room with the spa was amazing! Staff was great and extremely helpful. Only downside was no hotel bar on site.

I do like The room is spacious and quiet place Price is quiet good and not bad I do not like 1/ the moth infestation in the bed and pillow made me tired and sick , it seems that they do not change the covers or sterilize the duvets and pillows 2/ poor room service cuz there is only one person serving in the restaurant and take rooms orders and delivering it , all in one . How could be that.

First, you have to pay additional 9.9BD "accomodation fee" on top of payment to Expedia which sounded unfamiliar at least for me. The area is a kind of deserted. They don't prepare towels well for you.

Possibly one of the most vile hotels I've ever stayed at. Changed rooms twice because of the revolting smell and the entire hotel smells of cigarettes. The linen (bedsheets and towels) cannot have been changed in over a decade. They are all frayed and have residual dirt embedded in them. There is no restaurant and only room service. The food served on that is basic and badly cooked. Even a burger was burnt. The hotel desperately needs renovation and should not be allowed to advertise itself as a Spa or anything beyond 2 stars. It was probably a lovely hotel 15 years ago. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID!

Absolutely awful. I paid for 5 nights. Couldn’t even stay 4 hours. I left at 2am on the first night. They gave me a smoking room when it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The safe was not working. No toiletries. I want a refund asap

Definitely NOT a 4.5 star hotel!

The shower needs cleaning - too many moldy spots that’s not healthy to be near to. The was this sound of running water non stop that you can hear from the bed all day and night. My wifi router wasn’t working and had to call to have it fixed and was asked to connect to another room which meant slower connection. If I knew I would of paid more and stayed in a nicer hotel.
