“The Hotel has impressive service. During our stay in Mangalore, there was a curfew imposed in the city. All restaurants and transport options were shut down. However, the hotel went out of it’s way to help customers. The Hotel owner personally dropped guests to nearest railway station in his car as no taxis or rental cars were willing to ply. The hotel has earned my loyalty for life when I visit Mangalore.”

“This property owner told that he will not give the room even though it was confirmed via expedia. He said i don't care if its booked via Expedia. He forced me to pay the full amount 2 days before the booking and only then he told its confirmed. Area behind the hotel is scary with worst crowd”
