“Overall I would recommend. We arrived late at night and the area looked a little sketch. But during the day we realized it wasn't so bad. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get the electric gate to open- didn't realize we needed to go inside the condo to retrieve the remote. “Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and Dubraska did her best to help us. The issue was about the rooms. We were first assigned a room where the fridge didn’t work. A technician was supposed to fix it but it never happened. Then, we were offered to use the fridge in another room, which was very uncomfortable. Then we were offered another room to change.
