Not a good experience
Searching for reviews on this hotel all were very good. But I didn't have such a good experience, for many reasons. 1- When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. I was asked for paying although the payment was comprised in my booking. 2- the air conditioner didn't work properly... was whether ...

Not so good as before.
The food at the hotel's restaurant is very poor and the elevator is not enough for whom is living in upstairs. It is not that good compared with the price. The cleaning staff is doing very bad service.
