“綺麗な戸建てVILLAでした。お部屋も広くて、食器類も揃っていて、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ひとつ希望としては、お布団が薄かったです。ベッドの2人は快適でしたが、お布団がややせんべい布団だったので、余分のお布団を重ねて使ってもらいました。もう少し厚みのあるお布団か、あるいは敷きマットレスがあれば尚良かったと思います。”

“We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. ”

“I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. ”

“Wonderful Stay in Hakone! The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed.
