“服务态度很好 配套设施不全 房间没有微波炉 没有烧开水设备 ”

“It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware……

“Parking was a bit tight as larger cars parked crooked, and we arrived late. But it was small, quaint, and cozy. Very clean and gorgeous inside. Cannot wait to go again.”

“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”

“I cannot say enough about this beautiful, boutique hotel! The staff was amazing and very communicative. As we were traveling from Martha's Vineyard with a stop in Boston, they ensured that they stayed in touch with me as I had to guesstimate my time of arrival. They texted and said my room was ready and that I could check in early. I appreciated this so much. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!! What a treat every night! The common area and all the amenities went above and beyond what I was……

“room was cold. thermostat didn’t work. Other than that, was very enjoyable weekend.”

“This is one of the best New England stays I’ve had. The location is everything — The photos don’t do it justice. You’re right on the water. There is an outdoor fire pit and hammocks that we used as it was COLD and windy when we went. We still enjoyed every minute of this place. Pool and hot tub looked beautiful but we did not brave the late fall temperatures and give them a try. We were greeted by freshly baked cookies upon front desk check in. Excellent continental breakfast options.……

“Our stay here was absolutely AMAZING. We were getting our vows renewed in Salem--the staff not only let us have our room early so we could get ready, but helped my husband printing out his vows. They were nothing but kind, considerate and helpful. The room was WONDERFUL--so clean and comfortable and the views are out of this world. I do not know how to give this property more positive compliments. We can't wait to come back and I highly recommend this property to everyone who is visiting Salem……

“We loved our stay at The Vista! The view was beautiful and the room was very large with a small kitchen and everything you needed. Breakfast was minimal, muffin or similar and a piece of fruit but that was fine! Just loved the feel of the place and the convenience of the location.”

“Like location Didn’t like Very simple room Inexpensive furnishings The very high rate was not justified”

“I stayed four days here and it was very comfortable. We had a living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. The kitchen has all basic amenities and the bathroom is also very clean. You could ask for housekeeping everyday if you need but it isn't including automatically. We just asked for clean towels everyday. The staffs were very helpful and nice. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and tips for parking and transportation. The location is great... 3 mins drive to the beach, 7 mins to……
